We rested with a large company (8 adults and 4 children) in late August - early September 2019.
The hotel is not worth the money at all.
The territory seems to be green, the lawns are good, the cleaning of the territory is on a level, but at the exit from the main building (between the amphitheater and the entrance to the main building) there is a sewage system (a sewage well), which stinks a lot, especially when the heat is 35 degrees (immediately spoiled the attitude towards hotel).
I won’t talk about check-in at all, there were people who were not settled even at 17.00 in their rooms.
Rooms: lived in a bungalow, cleaning was carried out once in 7 days. The bathroom is a different story: when the family bathed in the shower, the water is in the whole room and flows under the toilet, the tiles are slippery, the child fell 2 times. The door to the balcony was very hard to close, it was necessary to make great efforts. I applied for a permit, but they didn't. Our friends' safe was turned off, we had to contact the reception, the problem was solved, but not soon.
Meals: varied, there was chicken and lamb and fish, pilaf with seafood, a sufficient selection of fruits, but everything is green. Yogurt was sour not every day, but a couple of times it was, fruits in syrup, too, already with foam, already fermented. Claimed fresh - it's generally tin - moldy, dirty oranges neatly placed in the morning by staff. There were scandals about this. I also didn’t like that if I didn’t come to the opening of the main restaurant, i. e. for 30 min. late, then many dishes are no longer there and the stock is not replenished, so we had with red fish and sushi. I liked the fish restaurant.
Bars: it seems that the bartenders came to hard labor... they don’t want to serve without a tip, they pretend that they don’t hear, the bartender at the bar near the pool especially didn’t like it. Bar +18 is good, but often the bartenders were absent and had to wait for them for 15-20 minutes. The bar with sweets near the reception did not inspire at all, and in general the confectionery did not really inspire here.
Of the minuses, I also want to note the garbage in the pool, I saw it only once when it was being cleaned.
Animation seems to be nothing, but no evening shows.
Toucan club did not inspire our children, they went to hard labor.
