We rested in this hotel in the first week of August, and did not regret that we chose this hotel. Of course, against the backdrop of the restrictions that have been introduced around the world and given that most of the nearby hotels are generally closed, one could not pay attention to a slight drop in the level compared to last year (lack of evening animation, exclusion of imported drinks). But first things first.
Our flight was at night, so we were already at the hotel at 6 am, and by 6-30 we were already settled in the room! We took the room in a bungalow, not in the main building, and did not regret it. The bungalows themselves are small 2-3 storey buildings located among trees and lawns. Our bungalow had six rooms per floor. The rooms are quite normal, with a balcony and a standard set of amenities - a mini-bar with an assortment of soft drinks, a TV with several Russian and Russian-language programs, air conditioning, a safe, a hairdryer. As for insects, God was merciful, and there were few mosquitoes. But even 2-3 itchy creatures could spoil the night. Therefore, they were glad that they took a fumigator with them.
There was nothing to go from our bungalow to the beach or the main building. The territory itself is compact, but not cramped, well-groomed and clean. There is a tennis court, a visit to which with the provision of rackets and balls is included in the price (except in the evening). And leaving the hotel on the street, you immediately find yourself in a busy place with shops, travel agencies and sellers inviting you.

The restaurant has a large and varied selection of dishes, the dishes are well prepared. A lot of Turkish national food, of course - fried and stewed / boiled fish, meat - chicken, turkey, often - lamb or beef in various forms. A huge selection of salads, vegetables in different forms, cheese, sweets and pastries. There is a special stand for dieters. From fruits - good melons and watermelons, as well as plums, peaches, pears, etc. Mornings are classics: an omelet with ingredients of your choice, cooked in front of you, plus an omelet that has been cooked beforehand, sausages and sausage, pancakes and great pastries, and much more. In the morning - and orange fresh juice, which is made in front of you. They preferred not to take other juices - they were very sweet. There is also a children's section - with appropriate dishes and furnished with children's furniture.
The only problem is that it is not always possible to find a free and cleaned table, as well as cutlery or napkins - due to quarantine, all this is packed in special packages that are not freely available - only to the waiters. There are also no traditional salt and pepper shakers, and bags of salt and pepper are not always available. But this problem was easily solved - there was always a couple of bags of salt and pepper in my pocket.
The traditional "buffet" has been preserved, but with some peculiarities - you cannot approach the displayed dishes, they are served by a specially assigned waiter of your choice.
Drinks - only local production. Wine - white, red, rose. Beer, vodka, tequila, gin, brandy are available in bars - in the restaurant, in the lobby and near the pool / beach. There are also local analogues of martini, campari, malibu, baileys. But you have to ask them - they are not in the window. A variety of cocktails are prepared in the lobby and pool bar, there is coffee, tea and ayran. Unfortunately, this year, due to the pandemic, there is no such highlight of Turkish hotels as guzlime - delicious flatbreads that a Turkish woman makes according to national recipes in front of you. For the same reason, the amphitheater is not used, there are no performances by guest actors, and the evening animation is reduced to a disco at a small stage near the pool bar with Turkish and Russian pop recordings.
Daily animation works - a variety of games, aerobics classes - in the pool and outdoors.
As for the children's club, I can only say that it exists, but we did not use it - the child is already big.
There is a sauna and a Turkish bath. A simple visit is included in the price, but the procedures are paid.
Good quality Wi-Fi, received both in the room and on the beach.

The beach is sand and pebble, equipped with trestle beds and awnings, there is a shower. There are also changing rooms. With us, finding a place was not a problem, but the hotel was 50% full... In the coastal zone, the pebbles are quite large, there are also pitfalls, so those who have tender feet should follow the advice to take corals with them. However, you can go down into the sea or jump from the pier - comfortable and well equipped. And from the shore you can enter the sea on a cleared area equipped with special handrails. The water is warm, clear and quiet in the morning. But around lunch time, garbage often came, apparently from passing boats. I think the hotel should have allocated a special cleaner who would quickly eliminate this shortcoming.
Swimming pool - directly next to the beach, about 1.5 meters deep. There is also a small pool for kids. At the other end of the territory there is another pool - with a variety of water slides. Unfortunately, in the last days of our stay, it did not work - the water in it for some reason acquired a dirty brown color.
As for the a la carte restaurant. One visit is included in the price, for subsequent - 10 euros per person. I liked the fish restaurant very much - it is located on the roof of the hotel with a good view, the dishes are delicious, the service is top notch. I recommend.
Near the beach / pool there is a pool bar with a variety of drinks and cocktails (the beach bar did not work), as well as a snack bar with a variety of snacks, watermelons and melons, which was open until 16-00. Here from 14 to 16 hours - ice cream in unlimited quantities. The situation with COVID-19 has left its mark here too – you can’t go directly to the food, it will be brought by the waiter in the form of a complex set that you choose from the menu, and ice cream in closed plastic cups.
And about the shortcomings - where without them. Those were exclusively by number - dirty upholstery of the chair (however, we only used it as a place for folding things), small problems in the bathroom (which were immediately eliminated after our appeal) and disgusting cleaning. At most, they made the beds and took out the trash. The floors were not only not wiped, but they were not even swept - the label from the purchase lying on the floor remained in the same place after cleaning. We also had to fight for towels - it was in the order of things to take away three towels, and leave one. This is perhaps the biggest drawback of the hotel - a poorly established housekeeping service and a lack of control over it. However, judging by the reviews, something similar happened last year. So the hotel has something to work on in order to improve its level.

Fortunately, after contacting the guest service, most of the problems were quickly resolved.
The hotel has a good customer service. Ulya and Ksenia were always ready to help solve problems, answer questions and just give advice. I had to communicate more with Ksenia - a model of competence, goodwill, professionalism and just good human qualities.
In general, the holiday was a success - even against the backdrop of the restrictions caused by COVID-19, the level is quite good, the sea and sun are wonderful, the staff (except for cleaning) is well-chosen, and quite normal conditions have been created for vacationers. So the sea, service, delicious food and good attitude of the staff left a generally positive impression of the hotel and the desire to come here again.
