The most unpleasant thing that happened to us in this "hospitable hotel" is the negligent attitude of the girl at the guest relay!! ! A few days before her son’s birthday, she came up and asked to sign us up for a date in ala carte, explained the situation, to which we were answered, of course, come the day before and we will definitely write you down. Arriving at the agreed time, it turned out that there were no more places and she could not do anything, how come we asked in advance?! ? And in general, she didn’t understand what I was upset about, offered to sign us up in 2 days and that’s it, but why do I need the 27th if the DR is the 25th ?? ? We approached the guide, he handed me a brochure with a tour like buy it and mark it there, when I said that we couldn’t go for personal reasons, he realized that he wouldn’t work for us and said, well, I can’t help. The curtain.
Of course, we noted the DR, but not thanks, but rather in spite of the hotel.
Perhaps the only positive ray among the staff I can single out the masseuse Adele, she’s just a super positive, pleasant person and a pro in massage, went with her husband with pleasure, they really got high there)))
