Rested three of us, a young family with a child. They did not pretend to a special service, but they were horrified by elementary things.
In the bathroom, black mold immediately caught my eye in the most prominent place. They called a cleaning lady, she washed everything off, but so-so.
On the third day, I had to ask the staff to at least change the towels, after which they came to us with cleaning (for some reason they forgot to pick up the trash and bring toilet paper). The seventh day of rest came, but there was still no paper - they were borrowed from the neighbors. Then we had to go out into the corridor ourselves and catch the cleaner, ask for paper... This is half the trouble. On the penultimate day, a waterfall poured from the air conditioner, we caught water in glasses (they are all filled with garbage buckets). We turned to the cleaning lady, then to the reception, the reaction is zero.

I remembered when we were driving here on the bus, a nice conductor hinted that it was better to solve your problems at the hotel with your guide, because the staff might not immediately respond. As for me, this is complete nonsense, because every time you need to look for a guide so that we can take out the trash?...
The kitchen is chic, I do not argue, but all the efforts of the chefs simply fade, as soon as they return to their room. There is no desire to ever meet with such a service again. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.
