First, I’ll write what Turkish ,, 5, , and ultra food means to me:

And now about this hotel and our vacation. We went with my husband and our children (10.8 years old). We try not to go to hotels that have flown before in order to see something new, although looking ahead I will say that this is how we got there for the first time!
1) food! Yes, especially when you fly with children, food plays a big role. We chose ultra so that children have a better choice, more fruits, fresh juices, etc. In fact, the food is ordinary, , 4, , and not yet the best. I will list what was: rice, mashed potatoes, French fries, boiled celery, carrots, corn grains, peas, zucchini and blue ones, their cutlets or steamed fish. All other stalls were occupied with ready-made salads or simply chopped vegetables. Fruits and berries would be watermelon, apples, pears. There were plums and apricots, but they were greenish, so they always lay on the trays and remained lying. The morning meal was the best for our family and we tried to fill up for a long time. Eat yogurt and eggs in the morning.
2) territory. Very small. For 345 rooms, this is very cramped. Everyone walked along the same path. This path led to the dining room, it is impossible to call it a restaurant, and to the sea, and to the pool, and to the cafe, and to the slides. Like a parade!
3) there is animation. Yes! But where? She is one on top of the other. Noise, crowds of people. You sit at a table in a cafe, and they throw darts in front of your nose, and they shoot from a bow 3 meters from them. Etc.
4) very few sun loungers! Near the slides, but I want to remind you that the hotel is family-owned and 90% of families there with children, there are no more than 20 sun loungers !! ! How is it possible to accommodate? How to look after children. There were families of 4-5 people on one sunbed.
There is only one sun lounger per room on the beach. There were 250 of them there, and after some of our scandals, 100 pieces were added. Let me remind you that there are 345 rooms! The hotel is completely Russia, Ukraine. 5 percent were Poles and Belarus. We are not Germans and we do not lie by the pool, but we had to here, because there is simply no way to accommodate.
5) there is a pier, on it, in addition to the usual ones, there were also paid comfortable places, BUT !!! ! There is no bar there and just to take water, juices, coffee, beer....go along the pontoon about 60 meters, go through the beach, get out of it and only then you can take what you want. Therefore, paid for 10 days of our holiday were occupied one day and not all of that.
6) there is an adult bar on the street and another one, which, according to all data, passes like two, because the same bar counter at an angle of 30 degrees is already two separate bars. In fact, there is one cafe on the street where you have a snack and just relax.
7) not a single deck chair has a mattress. And this is ,, 5,,!!!!!
8) if you haven’t exchanged towels at 10 am, then you won’t exchange them anymore. Plus, change them only in the main building! We are not talking about any exchange on the beach or by the pool.
9) I didn’t understand why there is an 18+ adult pool at the entrance to the territory. It was either empty at all, or saw 2-3 people. And the reason is that there is no bar at this ADULT pool! He seems to be there, but he has no bartender and there you can only make coffee, tea and take water from the refrigerator. Do not think about any other drinks, snacks.
10) due to the fact that there is only one bar, queues arise. You just can't imagine what!
Of the pluses, I can name a lobby and a bar in the lobby, a clean modern room and an Alacarte fish restaurant, in which at least we ate. Oh yes, there was another 10 days later one evening that gave us satiety, that day they served a fish menu, tuna.
People, understand that for the money that you can leave here for nothing, you can relax much better!
