We did not choose this hotel. We (3 families) were locked in this hotel by a tour operator. Arriving in Turkey and getting into the transfer, we were informed that they were not being taken to the hotel chosen and paid for a month before the trip (from which there was a confirmation of the reservation). Without any apologies from the tour operator TUI we were brought to this hotel. No one even wanted to communicate with us. We were told that there were no places in "our" hotel. Later we found out that this hotel is the base hotel of this operator. During the week we saw a lot of tourists who were brought to the hotel as well as us. There was an impression that this operator thus fills his own hotel. In short - I contacted TUI - I ended up here. The hotel itself is miserable, with the same territory, service and beach. I recommend not to deal with this tour operator !!!! !
