I must say right away that we were in Turkey for the first time, before that we had a rest only in civilized countries (Italy, Spain, Greece, Hungary and others). We flew together with a child for 2 weeks. The tour was paid for from June 24 to July 8. We bought a ticket in Travelat, operator Sanmar, a day before departure. The main requirement was cleanliness, proximity to the sea, good food. In fact, everything turned out badly. I'll start in order.

There were no bulbs in the bedside lamps, at my request to screw them in, we were constantly fed "breakfasts". But still 4! On the day of our stay, the hotel electrician screwed in 2 unfortunate bulbs for us. Before that, we lived in twilight, although we needed light.

My son has vision problems. The room always smelled like sewage! The housekeeping was outrageously disgusting. A couple of times they twisted unnecessary swans out of dirty towels and scattered petals on the beds. The mirrors and the sink, as well as the toilet bowl, were never washed. A lot of dust has accumulated under the beds. Food. . . It's just a nightmare!! ! On the first day, I got poisoned by eating a warm and sluggish watermelon. I vomited so much that I will remember it for the rest of my life. Actually, from sluggish, stale, warm watermelons and green, unripe apples, for almost 2 weeks of our stay, there was nothing more of fruit! The meat was half-baked chicken and all kinds of tripe, again from chicken. We saved ourselves with rice and grilled zucchini. Here is such an all-inclusive diet, or rather, everything is off. Tables and dishes were dirty and sticky. In general, the dining room is completely unsanitary. I was forced to make a remark to the cafeteria employee,
when she took the waffle cones for ice cream with her hands WITHOUT GLOVES! The guests stood in a wild queue for this very ice cream and were silent, or simply laughed, saying that we would be healthier... The hotel management practically did not react to my comments and complaints. Then, at my request, my husband wrote reviews about these problems on the tripadvisor website, as well as in their group in contact. After that, frank persecution immediately began in relation to me and to my son. They began to make remarks to me when I accidentally spilled a couple of drops of tea on the floor in the dining room, they served me in the bar with contempt, pouring a glass of fanta and almost spitting it in, they were not allowed to take photos in the dining room of all the disgrace that was going on there, arguing that that it's illegal. Thus, we were forced to buy fruits and drinks in stores. Since what was served there was completely impossible and dangerous to health.
But the management of the hotel and all the relatives adjoining it were served by waiters in the first category. Running out of the kitchen and almost to the distillation, carrying food to the owners. It was so disgusting to watch. I repeatedly called the hotline of the host country with a request to change our hotel. We were offered to move to another hotel, but for a surcharge of $ 900! Guide Alexander did not help, his task was only to sell excursions, and nothing more! And on July 4, the hotel management generally removed our registration at their hotel, and put me and my child out of the hotel into the street at 42 degrees Celsius! The money for the remaining days was not returned to us! I called the Russian Consulate in Antalya, but they answered me by phone, and also received a written answer that in this case I need to contact the sending Russian tour operator and travel agency,
and in case of inaction of the travel company, I have the right to send my complaints to the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism), Rospotrebnadzor. I have photographs of blatant unsanitary conditions and dirt, as well as testimonies of witnesses. Thus, being on the street with a child on July 4, I had to seek help from the nearby Sea gull hotel and their general manager provided us with a room in their hotel for an additional fee of $ 100 for 3 days, and also apologized for the boorish behavior of the management Belrose Hotel. In general, what we experienced with the child, you wouldn’t wish this on the enemy... This is such a “rest” turned out. Now we will write claims to all instances.
