We chose the hotel according to a rather high rating of 7 out of 10. But all this turned out to be a lie, the reviews are probably custom-made. Let's start with the fact that the hotel is not on the 2nd line. We arrived at 10 am, for a surcharge of $ 15 we were given a choice of 2 rooms, both equally shabby. I asked for a safe for $ 2 per day, so it turned out that there was no safe in the room and the administrator brought it and put it on the table.
The pool is very small, located near the canteen near it, everyone runs around, for 8 days no one has ever swum in it. The spa is located in the basement near the pool, but after the general appearance of the hotel it’s scary to even go there, I also didn’t see anyone there all the time. I don’t know who wrote there that it’s clean here, it’s not at all like that. Everything is in the dust. The bedside table in the room is propped up with a glass instead of a leg. On the first day they put a couple of dollars, it is clear that they entered the room, but nothing was removed, they only took the money. On the second day, they didn’t put anything, so they took away large towels, leaving only two small ones. On the third day, they took away all the towels, apparently so that we understood that it was necessary to leave money. Calling reception did nothing. It's good that they took towels from home with them, otherwise they would have to really pay.
But all these are flowers in comparison with the canteen, it is impossible to call it a restaurant. For lunch, one kind of soup, one kind of side dish and one kind of meat or bones. Desserts are simply impossible, one kind of rotten fruit. What you can really eat is bread and a couple of salads. In the morning it is boiled eggs and sausage (soy + chemical seasoning), cheese is also inedible. Dinner is a variation of lunch. So if anyone likes what to eat besides bread and salad, we pass by. Alcohol is disgusting and the bartender pours it as if you were taking away bread from his children. There is silence in the dining room at dinner, everyone understands that they were stupidly thrown. Well, this picture is completed by a dozen cats that scurry around the hall and, after someone has eaten, climb the tables and eat from the plates, and tomorrow you will already eat from this very plate.
My impression was this: a small, shabby, dirty hotel, far from the sea, with very poor food, just to spend the night. It should be at least twice as expensive. I have been more than once in Turkey and Egypt, of all the hotels this is the worst, there can be no question of any stars.

From the first day at the reception, they were clamoring about this, then they asked for a room that was more beautiful and with a good view, and not at the chicken coop where the rooster was screaming endlessly. As a result, there was no number, no elementary birthday greetings. It is understandable that they would have given a cake there and something else from the buffet, but the very attention - and that would be nice for my wife to hear. Food, as elsewhere, probably, mostly vegetables, chicken, sausage without taste, sometimes fish. Tons of desserts, yupi, coffee, beer and drinks at the bar. We haven't seen meat in 6 days. Maybe at lunchtime it was, but we went on excursions. In general, they were not hungry. The pool is small, walk to the sea for 15 minutes, carries a bus back and forth. The beach is good, the sea is clean. There is no animation at the hotel, only on the beach, which is for all nerds. There are enough sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. Spa, massage in hotels nearby are $10 cheaper than here. In general, the hotel is quiet, only for an overnight stay, and this hotel pulls stars by 3, but not by 4. The second time we will not go here for sure!! !

Rested with my daughter in June 06/27/2019. At the reception, the Sultan greeted us friendly. We arrived at 5 in the morning, we settled in a nice cozy room overlooking the pool. The water is hot and cold without any interruptions. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The food is delicious, quite varied, the menu has never been repeated.

The animators were very incendiary, they arranged various programs during the day and in the evening. The beach is not far, a very calm step for about 15 minutes, who does not like to walk, carries a bus. The beach is clean, there are always enough sunbeds. The beach has water, juices, tea, alcohol. We chose this hotel as it was our favorite based on the reviews. We were even checked in earlier than expected. There were no problems with the room, everything was fine. It was the same with service. The territory is not large, the food is sufficient, not super, but there was something to eat. The staff is unobtrusive, polite. There was no animation in the hotel itself, but you could come to the Botanik Resort ****, where every evening from 21.00 to 23.00 there was a different entertainment program. Separate respect to the animators, always positive, they did not let them get bored, including on the beach. The beach is spacious, ten minutes walk from the hotel. The only MINUS is the lack of free WiFi even at the reception! They asked for $ 2 a day, although a trifle, but unpleasant. Our room overlooked just the side of the garden with chickens))))) Many people complain that the rooster crows in the morning, but we were grateful to him.... woke up better than any alarm clock, and after a whole day of walks, excursions and night discos, this is what you need so that you don’t oversleep the whole vacation! ))

Administrator Sultan is generally the Superman of the hotel business !!! ))))))) There is no question that he could not solve! And this is not flattery, this is the truth. Since we did not claim a personal limousine to the beach and lobsters stuffed with black caviar, baked on a golden grill with oyster sauce ; ), we were satisfied with everything in this hotel. Early check-in and late check-out for a purely nominal fee, the food is quite decent, we have never been hungry for all 9 days, the bar is also with normal alcohol, cocktails, walk to the sea for 10 minutes or drive 2 minutes by bus. The beach is spacious, there is animation, a bar, everything you need. Of course, if you go purposefully not to rest, but to look for flaws, then they can be found in any, even the most pretentious hotel. For us, the most important thing was the sea, nature, a lot of interesting places that we managed to visit, and, of course, wonderful people who provided us with a great vacation!
