Hello dear tourists, I will not forgive myself if I do not write you a warning about this hotel. When we were just choosing where to go, this hotel, like many of you, seemed great to us by all criteria (it is in the city center, next to the disco, in the photo is quite nice and there were almost no negative reviews). We went with a group of 4 people and decided to take a family room because they wanted to live together and the travel agency told us that this is a two-storey room with equivalent rooms and two bathrooms. Upon arrival, we found that the 2nd level is a small children's room without windows, which contained only 2 beds and a distance of 60 cm between them. Bathroom size 2 * 1.5m with shower and small sink. After all, it was very unfortunate that we paid equivalent amounts for the vouchers, and the conditions were not equal. At the reception, the person does not speak Russian at all, English.

When you eat on excursions and order breakfast with you, check what they write (we say - 4 breakfasts the administrator writes 3, we say at 4.50 in the morning the administrator writes at 4.15). Cleaning is about changing garbage bags and taking away towels. No wet or vacuum and don't wait. Another nonsense: towels are taken away at 10 am, and they can be brought at 5 pm or not brought at all, ie in their opinion you do not take showers during the day. And no shouts, threats, tips do not work. It is good that we took our towels with us: ) We did not have a dryer on the balcony for things, it would seem not a problem, but when 4 adults come from the beach, there is simply nowhere to dry swimsuits, towels and more. believe me then it becomes a problem.
For 4 days we were asked to screw it on (the administrator, our guide from the host, the cleaners) all agreed with everything, but by the end of the holiday he did nothing.
About food: like a lot, but there is nothing, if still girls, it is possible on salads and chicken, and here concerning men think there will be problems (fish 1 kind terribly bony, chicken 3 kinds, a lot of various cheeses, greens and vegetables, fruit, just funny, only apples, oranges and grapefruits, and for some reason green plums : )), probably for those who have a very strong stomach). One plus all came lean: )) Of the drinks are good wines dry white and red and keg beer. Everything else disgusting drinking is rarely dangerous to health. We bought a drink at Duty and regretted what little it took.
I will not say anything about animation, we arrived out of season, so it was almost gone. Only if you want to go to the disco in the city, then with the animators (transfer there at 23.00 back at 03.00).
00 + entrance + shot costs $ 15) They are real protection if something happens to you.

We read a lot about them before leaving and in our experience we were convinced that everything will be fine. We went to Pamukkali, water park, city spa. For comparison: the hotel guide offered us tours for 80.60, 60 dollars. respectively, and in Ginza we bought them for 53.27, 25 dollars.
So do not be divorced : ) The Ginza Travel office is located in the center of Kemer (opposite the bus station) is not such a good office, but the principle is the same near the hotel as to go to the city look right across the road.
I wish everyone who has already bought tours, patience and peace of mind, and those who are just thinking to do it - it is better to choose another hotel, because not so often we go to rest and still want it to be a good rest, not a mockery of the psyche : ))
