I will say right away that we went to the hotel in November on a burning tour of 60 tr. for two with a flight for 2 weeks, therefore, the review will be from this point of view, in the season the hotel costs under 250t. r.
I was very surprised that for such money the hotel was fully operational, a restaurant on the street, bars on the street on the pier, sunbeds, etc. There were even daredevils who swam in the outdoor pool and rode down the water slides.
The temperature in the sea was 21-23, in the outdoor pool 17, in the indoor pool 27 (I must say right away that the pool is a bit cool and there is no good spa area, so pampering). Temperature around 25.

Guinness is poured in the bar-pub on the 0th floor, real Baileys, Bacardi and Gin Beam are in all bars. And there's even a Honey Jack Daniels in the lobby. Also in bars they give cola and other drinks in cans and bottled beer upon request (regular draft is also delicious). Alcohol can be freely brought into the room, but food from the restaurant is not. There is also a coffee shop in the lobby where they make not only latte and cappuccino, but also coffee with cream, dope and delicious cakes. And on the 0th floor there is an a la carte restaurant that is open from 22:30 to 7 in the morning with a very good menu.
On the street during lunch, they fry french fries, burritos, chicken skewers, make pasta and stuff potatoes. Well, plus, because. the street restaurant adjoins the usual food from the restaurant.
For breakfast, eggs in any form (boiled, ready-made fried eggs, omelettes), and 3.4 types of omelettes, not counting those that are fried to order. There are also pancakes, waffles and pancakes with all kinds of jams and nutella.
The beach is not big but saves the pier, of course it is much more pleasant to swim from the pier and you get only pluses from the pebbles. There is also a bar on the pier and by the beach, and on the beach itself there is a large machine in the form of a glass of cola from which you can pour any soda into disposable dishes.
The location of the hotel is excellent, after 2 hotels in the direction of the city, hotels with municipal beaches begin to walk to which the guests of those hotels have to go through the city promenade.
The territory of the hotel, although not big, but everything is fine, and there is where to walk and where to sit and where to lie down.
The rooms are not large, everything is at hand, I think that the three of us will not be comfortable living in such rooms. From the windows you can see greenery, mountains and sea views for 5+ balls! The room is cleaned every day and the bedding is changed every other day, and if you leave it for tea, it will be every day. Bathrobes are provided upon request.
The main disadvantage of the hotel, which was for our family in particular, is cats, they are everywhere on the street, they are not only chased, they are also fed and stroked and given to children, apparently the poor guests do not know where these cats spend the night. Cats lie on sunbeds and can freely eat and drink your food in your absence (but I will repeat this only on the street and if you drive, they will not come to you).

As a result, I will say that for me this is so far the best hotel in Turkey, and Kemer, with its views and clear sea, attracts more sandy beaches.
