We flew to Turkey with my husband for the first time, they knew about the concept of all inclusive only in theory, but friends recommended everything. Why did you choose Olimpos Beach Hotel By RRH&R 3*... probably because of the price, they wanted to relax, but so that they didn’t hit their pockets (at the same time, I note that the price is actually not small 21.500 hryvnia for two for seven nights). Reading negative reviews about the hotel, we thought that they were left by travelers who were already spoiled and had seen a lot, but we are pioneers in this regard and we will like it. But... it wasn't there. The settlement went off without a hitch. The first room that we were shown was on the first floor, dark, damp, with a damp smell of mold in the air, which made me want to just sob!! ! But my husband is persistent and categorically refused to move in. We were initially told that there were no other rooms, everything was occupied. But having seen our negative, the numbers were still found. In general, in the final version, we were shown a room with a balcony for which we had to pay 20 dollars. You should have seen this number.... of course there is no mold, it was smeared so carelessly with milky putty. . . the toilet bowl has never been washed with a brush, as evidenced by a brown coating on its walls, when you sit down on you, the toilet lid falls !! ! The flush handle is also very interesting, it must be pulled back and if you do not put it back, then the water will flow endlessly. Generally dirty. Dirty not only in the room, but also in the toilet near the bar. When we asked at the reception why this was so, they answered that there was a catastrophic lack of service personnel. The hotel area is beautiful, the illumination is on in the evening, green everywhere, bombed ficuses, palm trees. . . really beautiful. The sea view is incredible!! ! On both sides of the mountain. The sea is clean.... The water is very salty and easy to swim. And now back to the cons. The dining room is a separate conversation. . . the whole problem is that she is alone, and there are a lot of people, so the queues are frightening, everyone is crowding, and tables are occupied earlier because then you can eat standing up. I had enough of food, as I ate vegetables, greens, eggs. But at least my husband did not go hungry, but he complained that there was no normal meat. They alternate stewed chicken with pressed beef cutlets, they gave mackerel four times. Breakfast is sad. . . from meat only boiled sausage of bright red or pale color, few people ate it, basically the choice fell on fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled. Now a bar. . . alcohol is bad, cheap. The wine is not with a cork, but on a twist, it’s scary to think what it is made of. The beer is normal, not sour, as we were scared, but it feels like non-alcoholic. Personally, I drank a drink similar to Baileys (called Heilis) with ice and ordered a cocktail of raki, ice and mineral water. At the same time, the bartenders, like in hard labor, were constantly dissatisfied with the fact that vacationers drink a lot, but otherwise, portions for children !!! ! And again, the bar is free one, the bartender one or two, and the people...... so many. There is a paid bar on the beach, beer 7 dollars. The beach is a total mess! There are not enough sunbeds for everyone, they are occupied from about 6 in the morning, with three sun loungers with one towel and they come to the beach by about 10.00, buy a couple of hours and leave until the evening, leaving the towel on the sunbed. Once we removed the towel from one sun lounger, so that we could sunbathe for at least an hour, we heard enough of this !!! ! We felt ourselves not in Turkey, but somewhere in the market in Odessa. I'll write a couple more. The guys working there are beautiful, well-groomed, always in shirts, which are changed three times during the day. Room cleaning. . . carried out by Koreans or Vietnamese. . . hard to call cleaning, but they made the bed and threw out the garbage every day, sometimes washing their feet in the washbasins. . . but for that they apologized. More about the good. We love animals very much, so there are a lot of them in this hotel: dogs run on the beach, cats insistently beg for food in the dining room)))) cuteness! But not everyone was happy about this, although the animals there were better and kinder than some vacationers. Overall Kemer is amazing! The nature is magnificent, the impressions still remained good, only this so-called all inclusive disappointed them and it's not about three stars, but about the desire and love for the work you do. I advise the hotel to hire a sufficient number of attendants, clean and beauty in the rooms, make not one, but several canteens and bars so that there are no crowds, buy normal alcohol so as not to poison vacationers. We are not a herd, but people who have worked for a year and want to have a decent rest on their vacation!! !
