The shuttle worked great. We arrived at the hotel (the entrance is not very attractive, but the hotel looks much better inside and from the sea side.
Immediately there was a problem with the language of communication. Since the reception by default serves Russians. language (although they also knew Ukrainian and then switched to it, for which we are very grateful).
As for the English language, the language was not spoken at all. She is little known to everyone.
Only a few people from the entire large staff could say a few words in English, the rest either Russian or only Turkish (this option prevailed).
The staff is illiterate in terms of language skills.
Room.
Upon entering, they smelled an unpleasant smell: dampness, staleness.
Despite the fact that this is a three-star hotel, the room did not correspond to this. Some furniture and walls are not in the best condition. A TV the size of a tablet.
The air conditioner was old, but it was also in working order (it saved me), although I did not take the remote control in my hands, because it was dirty (crumbs, swamp).
And the strangest thing is that not all sockets were working (at least it was possible to track this! ).
The bathroom was the most disappointing: fungus in the shower, problem areas were simply filled with silicone, old repairs.
Wreath old, tree? they are not hermetic.
Noise came through them and it was impossible to sleep. It interfered with rest.
Regarding cleaning.
Cleaning the room consisted of making the bed, changing the towels, bringing 10 rolls of toilet paper and spritzing with air freshener - that's all. We did not hear about any wet cleaning or washing of the undercoat in the hotel either before or during our arrival, and I doubt that anyone particularly cleaned after it.
Environment.
Near the hotel there is another hotel and a cafe with music until midnight. When we read about it in the comments, it seemed like nonsense, but NO! It's terrible. The constant noise on the 8th day of rest becomes so unbearable that there is a need for another rest.
He plays Russian pop and blatnyak, which are impossible to listen to. All songs were released at least 20 years ago. Repertoire - horror.
Everything is in Russian. Songs in English or Turkish were played after we complained.
If you go on such a holiday with children, it will be very difficult!
Kitchen. Universal.
Everyone can find something to eat.
Availability of fruit: apples and oranges daily.
And the watermelon was twice in 8 days. All.
Desserts were sorted very quickly. If you come for 10 min. later than the start of the meal, that's all - you're unlikely to come across anything tastier than jelly. Baked apples with dye, such an idea : )
There is no separate category of dishes for specific groups of people (lactose intolerance, diabetes, etc. ).
The dishes are not signed, and there is no information about what is included in them, so if you have an allergy, you need to be careful.
Despite the shortcomings, I liked the kitchen in general. There was always something to choose and eat.
Many salads and various greens, olives. Chicken and fish, various patties, there will be a day with burgers. In general, everything was delicious. Only their more classic dishes had too many spices in our opinion (but that's individual).
Bar. There is little alcohol, the choice is not great.
But the bartender was pleasant - gold, who drew the whole atmosphere.
The bar looks nice and neater than the room. A great place for evening gatherings with a view of the sea.
Musicians were invited to the bar, but the repertoire was not always pleasing. Sometimes I got the impression that they were stuck in time, at least 20 years ago, because all the music is old and Muscovite.
But the girl who played various compositions on the violin was wonderful.
Waiters are plate takers.
No one says anything, they didn't even respond to a thank you. They came, grabbed the plates (without specifying whether it is possible to take them away) and ran away. Did not know elementary phrases in English????
It created an atmosphere that you were an unwelcome guest.
The sea is beautiful!
The first line has absolute advantages.
The beach is not sandy, but because of this the water is clean. Standing completely in the water, you can easily see your own feet, the water is so transparent. The sea is calm.

Despite the pebbles, the beach has paths on which you can walk, but the number of sunbeds is limited to one place.
How could the hotel not calculate this for the number of guests? - unclear and very sad.
On the entire beach, nowhere is there such a crowd and density of sunbeds as on the territory of this hotel. The sunbeds are so close that you can safely hold hands or touch hands with an unfamiliar neighbor. People wake up at 6-7 in the morning to take sunbeds.
Beach towels are issued in the hammam for cards issued at the reception. Then you need to put everything back in its place. The system is very old and much more efficient systems could be used now, but so be it.
Towels are not in perfect condition. The hammam, as well as the man in charge of it, did not inspire confidence at all.
The contingent you will have to live with: the Russians.
Unfortunately, they are the main audience of Turkey. Everything is done under them, and there are a lot of them. Because of this, we will still not choose a vacation in Turkey.
Although they sat quietly and no one tried to speak up or say anything, it was disgusting to be with those subhumans in the same territory.

Hot water - well, not quite hot, but well warm. The shower is spacious. Towels changed daily, cleaning every day too. Bed linen was changed every other day.
The food didn't disappoint. A lot of vegetables and herbs (fresh salads, purslane, herbs), a lot of fruits (there were always pears and apples, watermelon, melon, oranges and grapes), a huge number of different pickled cheeses, a lot of cooked vegetable dishes, meat, mostly chicken, there was also fish, many different desserts and pastries. There was a brazier on the street, where in the morning they cooked scrambled eggs or pancakes, and in the afternoon they baked fish or chicken and vegetables. It's a little inconvenient that the table with drinks is not on the territory of the restaurant, but it's not scary. )
We took excursions, swam in the sea, walked around the city, in general, we did not sit in the room. Late in the evening, music from neighboring hotels rumbles, it is very audible in the rooms, so if you are looking for a quiet rest, then you are not here.

We came to eat at the very end (we don’t like crowds), and there was always enough food left, you can eat to satiety)) For breakfast, eggs 2-3 cooking methods, pancakes, cereals, local cheeses and olives in assortment, but the choice of cold cuts is more modest . For lunch and dinner - fish and meat often, chicken and meatballs always, and a lot of Turkish-Balkan cuisine from vegetables: eggplant, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, as well as several side dishes.
Delicious local flatbreads with stuffing like pizza, desserts, there was often baklava, but I would have liked more choice of fruits (usually there were always apples and plums and, in turn, they gave grapes, watermelon or melon). For an afternoon snack, pastries - biscuits, muffins. There is no special children's menu, and in general the hotel is aimed at adults and older children, although they also relax with kids. The restaurant is located in the open air, part of the tables - on the terrace overlooking the promenade, palm trees, sea and mountains. Until 22.00 tea and coffee are available in the coffee machine (quite strong and taste acceptable). If you are late for breakfast, lunch or dinner upon arrival, you will still be fed: the staff is very hospitable and friendly.
Check-in immediately upon arrival, if there are free rooms of course. So, as a rule, you don’t need to wait until 2 pm! The hotel manager, Osman, is always willing to help and will try to give you a better room or move you in a couple of days, when something more interesting becomes available. The repair in the rooms is not very fresh, cosmetic, in some places something is worn, broken and may not be very aesthetically pleasing, but they always clean it. On the third day we hung a do not disturb sign, as we did not need daily cleaning, and the maid was very conscientious. The rooms have a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, shower, toilet. Drinking water in the room and at the bar is free.
This hotel is of urban type (almost without territory), with direct access to the promenade - a picturesque alley above the sea. Walk 5 meters to the beach through the hotel bar, which is very convenient)) Turkish drinks, but in assortment, local wine is not bad (table) and beer is good. It rarely happened that closer to 22 pm (bar closing time) there was no drink, but the bartenders can always offer some kind of cocktail! As for the beach - it is not very big, cozy, pebbly, like everywhere else in Kemer, there is a shower and a beach bar (Turkish coffee is prepared well for $ 1.5, but fresh juices from street vendors are 2-3 times cheaper, from the minuses of the beach bar - they periodically play Russian pop and bad rap, fortunately, not only that. In general, in the evenings, music in the beach bar and animation from neighboring hotels can interfere with vacationers in the front rooms of the hotel, consider this when checking in if you go to bed early).
Sun loungers on the beach are free for hotel guests, but many vacationers have a habit of taking seats at dawn and being absent for half a day, or even all day. And according to the rules of the hotel, if you are gone for more than two hours, your sunbed can be borrowed. If you follow the rules and be mutually polite, there would be enough places for everyone. Vacationers are mostly Russians, Ukrainians and Serbs, there are also locals. The hotel staff is trained, polite, and the manager is a real professional, everything is under control. The common areas are kept clean and pandemic sanitation measures are followed. Also, the staff makes sure that guests do not get drunk in the bar and do not rowdy, but they do it unobtrusively and tactfully. 24/7 security also works great, the hotel is quite safe. Therefore, as for 3 stars, we really like the hotel. We have already rested there three times since 2018 (by the way, there are a lot of regular customers in Olympos, which speaks for itself).
Total: from the minuses - an outdated number of rooms and, maybe for someone, the lack of a pool (we never need a pool at sea, so this criterion was not taken into account at all when choosing) and territories, and evening animation only once a week (but we are not fans of hanging out at the hotel, we prefer walks by the sea and around Kemer, so for us it was not a minus). Pros - this is an excellent location of the hotel, one of the best in the city (first line + the very center of Kemer, 3 minutes to the main shopping street and city park, 10 minutes to Moonlight Park), good food, (better than in other Turkish "fours" ), polite attentive staff and, of course, a bar with an open terrace, which not every good restaurant can boast of (beautiful views of the sea, yachts and mountains). But the undoubted most important plus of the hotel is its excellent price / quality ratio, perhaps, according to this criterion, this is one of the best 3 * options in Kemer!
And separately, once again I would like to note the hotel manager Osman, who always keeps order and is attentive to the guests, for which many thanks to him ! ! You rarely meet such a professional who lives by the interests of his business, respect. It should also be added that at the very entrance to the hotel there is a shop where we pampered ourselves with delicious ripe figs of 30-40 lire kg and other fruits, and on the contrary - several travel agencies (it was especially pleasant to deal with Isa from Ginza travel, the one that away from the hotel). There you can use free wifi, which is not available in the hotel, as in most local 3 * and 4 *. About the tour operator: this time we rested with Pegasus, and it was our best experience in Turkey, the work of guides and logistics cannot be compared with the Anex tour, for example, but this should be written separately.

On the third day we hung a do not disturb sign, as we did not need daily cleaning, and the maid was very conscientious. The rooms have a small refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, shower, toilet. Drinking water in the room and at the bar is free.

Walk 5 meters to the beach through the hotel bar, which is very convenient)) Turkish drinks, but in assortment, local wine is not bad (table) and beer is good. Alas, this is not the case, even with 80% of the hotel's occupancy, you can be accommodated in a room with a room of 9 square meters. (naturally, without a balcony and a terrace). Of course, the client has the right to demand a replacement, and I'm sure the management will meet halfway! Well, if you just want a room with a beautiful view, this is solved + $ 30 (but keep in mind that there are very few rooms with a view))
