We have been staying at this hotel since mid-May. The hotel was packed to capacity. First they settled on the top floor in a small room: 2 beds, an armchair and a narrow sofa (we are 3 adults). They began to find out about the room - there was a cleaning woman on the floor (Kazakhs clean, everyone speaks Russian). It turned out that we were settled in the Olimpys building. They have everything in common, but the cases are different and the level is different. Do not agree, demand relocation. We went to the senior manager and he promised to move us the next day as soon as the room was free. He asked not to worry, he is always there. Indeed, they moved to a good room, so the rest went well. Water temperature 20-22 degrees. Only a small beach, sunbeds take from 6 am. 90% of vacationers are Russians (we were lucky, there were no heavy drinkers and violent ones), 10% - Ukraine, Belarus and the Baltic states. 70% - people over 60 years old. The youth will be bored, but not far from the disco. Meal 5, everything is fresh and tasty, everything is there both at the beginning and at the end. Drinks are all from bottles, not diluted. The staff is all in uniform, everything is clean everywhere. There is no safe in the room, it was kept in a suitcase under lock and key, nothing was missing. Cleaning on request. Rest were satisfied.
