This year we decided to go on vacation to Turkey with my family for the first time (before that they preferred to rest in Europe). Tour operators showed beautiful pictures, told how wonderful everything is. As a result: all the photos on the website of the Olympus 3+ hotel turned out to be a complete fake (later the locals told us that this was not a hotel, but a motel for one night), and there were no stars there !! ! And there has been no reinvention there since 1986. The rooms are completely unsanitary: fungus on the walls; there are no windows in the rooms, only small transoms, and those are boarded up; the sewerage is faulty, there is a terrible stench; dirt everywhere, torn sofas, old air conditioners. In general, real Turkish slums! We asked the manager Osman Gundogdu to change the number for us, to which he replied: "there are no numbers, which one he gave - live in this one" a kind of local Napoleonchik. We contacted our guide Yaroslava Golovko, who didn't give a damn about us at all. All her help was to swindle us for money. At first, she offered another hotel with a surcharge of 1000 euros for two, but we also had a son with us, so the amount increased proportionally - we refused, then the amount decreased slightly. When she realized that she would not receive the money, she quickly retreated from the hotel. Then everything was like in a nightmare - I was taken away by an ambulance with high blood pressure, and Napoleonchik stood and grinned, disgusting! I am very grateful to the local hospital and doctors - they treated me with understanding. After they found the apartments themselves and paid for them. And who will compensate for the spoiled vacation, moral and physical damage? Now let's deal with the travel agency. I can safely say that the "hotel" Olympus is a HOME!! ! There were no such conditions even in Crimea in the most seedy private sector 30 years ago.
