We flew from Ukraine to Turkey and we were met by the TUI company. Meeting at the airport and transfer - everything went well and upon arrival at the hotel, the settlement was on time. But it was not there, during the 2 days that we lived in the hotel, we did not receive such disappointment from any of our holidays, and we rested in Turkey more than 20 times.
The general manager, as he called himself, the so-called face of the hotel Osman, "shorty", only walked around the territory and observed who was eating how much, who was drinking how much. He told everyone where to go and what to do! He often watched us, we constantly felt his eyes on us. We were very embarrassed and we did not feel like guests of the hotel. Another representative of the hotel, we don’t know his name, but he himself walked with a walkie-talkie, he was bald, reported everything to Osman and our guide Ruslan TUI and complained about us that we drink a lot, despite the fact that they pour it in a “teaspoon” and look into our mouths how much you ate.
We consider the rest disgusting and we do not recommend going to this hotel if you want to be followed all the time and look into your plates. The shamelessness of the staff is outrageous, if there is a sign on the door - “Do not enter” - they demonstratively come in and begin to scour the room. After 2 days of staying at the hotel, Osman, watching us, approached our guide Ruslan from TUI, and categorically indicated to him that he would evict us, because according to Osman we drink and eat a lot, although we bought a hotel on system All inclusive! What can be claims. We were further accused of speaking loudly and frightening the surrounding children. All this is a lie, just to evict us from the hotel, because the hotel was 100% occupied, and most likely Osman needed to evict someone in order to accommodate other more profitable and quiet tourists.
