Just returned with my husband from this hotel. The purpose of the trip is to spend a few days at sea. We chose a trip a couple of days before departure. For the offered price, we didn’t expect anything special, but somehow we didn’t know that such a thing exists at all in nature) Well, if my not picky husband was shocked at all, I think it’s harder to find a hotel worse)
The first negative is the tour operator. Neva. On the way to Kemer, some tourists were informed about the change of hotel. as there were no rooms in the hotels booked by them. We were not told anything about the lack of rooms about this "super hotel" and at 23.00 we were thrown out of the bus at this hotel, so to speak. The accompanying guide left immediately, wishing you a good holiday. Another couple came with us. Without even offering us a seat, we stood for half an hour at the counter, constantly listening that everything would be fine in a minute... The elderly couple was taken aside and they were quietly told something . . the reception desk and said that there were no places in the hotel . . Just no !! ! and this is at 12 o'clock at night . . In general, after long scandals, they put us to sleep in some pantry !! ! There was a mattress on the floor. .
In general, somehow the next day we were still settled . . This did not add joy . .
So pluses: clean sea right next to the hotel. .

1. They don’t clean the rooms... They don’t take out the garbage, they don’t make the bed . .
2. There is no lighting in the hotel . . There is no light on the fourth floor at all... Getting the key into the keyhole is a whole problem . . However, as well as climbing the stairs . . There is no light. As soon as you turn it on, local chocks run after you and turn it off.
3. The guests ran after the staff, begging for toilet paper . .
4. The bed is dirty . . pillows cannot be called such at all.
5. The light bulb was not on in the bath, the drain in the toilet bowl did not work . . Despite numerous requests to the staff, they did not fix anything.
6. Hotel bar: beer available was a rare drink, basically everyone drank water, there were also vodka and wine from alcoholic drinks . . Nothing more . .
7. Hotel restaurant: the first time I saw really queues for food. The hotel is mainly resting Turks and our tourists. So the locals had huge eyes when they searched all over the table for salt or a clean plate. Apparently they are not picky people, they took napkins, wiped dirty plates from the tables, and ate from these plates.
8. Food more or less . . But the truth is mashed potatoes like "Rolton" pleased...
9. We left the hotel at 3 in the morning, asked to make breakfast with us . . Well, of course, no one did anything.
10. And one more pleasant surprise - hot water. At a temperature of +48 overboard, ice water flowed from the tap for 2 days . . After asking the rest of the guests, they found out. that hot water is rare . . once a day 3 happens.
