We rested in Gelidonia from 07/11/2007 to 07/18/2007. It was the first time in Turkey, so we didn’t have any special claims to rest : ) I really want to write an objective review about this hotel, so I’ll start in order:
The hotel is clean but very small area. The hotel consists of three buildings, the third is a new building, but for some reason only Germans are accommodated there. When we checked in, we said that we were newlyweds, and besides that, we immediately put $ 10 in our passport, but we were settled in a terrible room (in the old building, on the first floor with a small corner balcony overlooking the construction site). I immediately went to the reception and made a scandal there, we were told that there were no empty seats yet, but tomorrow we would definitely be moved to a normal room. Honestly, when I saw all this, I just burst into tears, it was very insulting...

But the next day at lunch we were already moved : ) True, we stayed in the same building, only they gave us a room on the second floor, overlooking the pools and with a large balcony. So our mood improved markedly.
This year the guide Guleyman is working with Russian tourists in Kemer. She is local, but speaks Russian very well. On the very first day, she gathered all the newcomers and began to tell that excursions cannot be taken from the street, that it is very dangerous, but you need to take only from her : ) We were warned at the travel agency at home that we would not listen to her, but take all the excursions in the street agency "MaxwellTour" they have all excursions half the price. Also, in no case do not go on a sightseeing tour of Antalya !! ! This is just a shopping tour of the most expensive stores (The guides have an agreement with these stores and they get their percentage when tourists buy something there). If you want to buy something for yourself, there is a 10-minute walk from the center of Kemer, there are a lot of different shops - THE MAIN THING IS BARGAIN : )

Walk 5 minutes to the beach (you cross two roads, and then walk along the path between two orgom hotels, I agree with the previous review - the trash bins stink).
Bar on the beach for a fee, the sea is just super, very clean and warm. Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses were always enough for everyone. But we spent more time near the pool. It’s true that there was a lot of tension in the chauffeurs : ) The cunning Germans went out at 7 in the morning and occupied all the chaise longues with towels until the evening, although they themselves didn’t sit there all day. We immediately saw through it and all the other days also took places.

Now about the food - We liked it! Everything was very tasty, varied, a lot of sweets, from fruits (watermelons, melons, grapes and oranges). For those who love meat - from meat for a week there was a chicken 2 times and once a fish : ))

Animation Entertainment Every Friday Turkish night, every other day there was live music, every day aqua aerobics and water polo, in the evening they showed a film in German near the baseen (though with English subtitles). In general, the hotel is focused on the Germans, but there are also a lot of Russians and Ukrainians, somewhere 50/50. The staff speaks German, Russian and some English.
The hotels have a wonderful Turkish bath (free of charge). Be sure to go for peeling, foam massage, aroma massage and a clay mask on the face - all this pleasure costs 25 USD. from a person. In principle, we liked the rest in Gelidonia - this is a good 4. Maybe someday we will go there again : )))
