They settled us on the ground floor near the reception, window to the road, room 1101. When we entered, we were immediately upset because of the noise of cars and smoking near the balcony. The smoke was strongly sucked into the room, so we lived for 6 days in smoke and noise, the closed door of the balcony did not particularly solve the problem. Initially, they wanted to change the room, but we were offered only one option in the building in the backyard, and it was even worse: a non-working tap, beaten tiles, a long walk through the territory with some kind of zigzags. We stayed in a room near the reception, a small bonus there was Wi-Fi, which reached into the room. Internet is free.
On the first day they lost the key, the administrator at the reception first announced a fine of $20, then another administrator - $40, paid $20.
The room is very small, as is the balcony. The furniture is a bit old, the bedspreads are waffle worn sheets. The bathroom is ok, there was always hot water. The air conditioner was turned on once, because it smelled of mustiness and sewerage. Cleaning was carried out every day, but the towels were not in a hurry to change (it was necessary to put the stains out)))

The food is generally normal: stewed and baked vegetables, side dishes, cakes, various meats every lunch and dinner, there were fried and stewed fish, however, very bony. Of the fruits, once there was a melon, on the rest of the days - watermelon and grapes. Weak breakfasts, the same every day: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fried sausage, stewed cabbage and pancakes. Olives, feta cheese and other cheese, similar to suluguni, were at every meal. The food lines are huge. Because of the quarantine, the staff puts food on its own and a spoonful of everything, and in order to put more, you have to ask, sometimes they get angry.
The beach was disappointing, as was the room. It is close to it (cross the road and another minute on foot), but the impression is spoiled by a rusty pier, fenced with tape. There are medium-sized pebbles everywhere, it is impossible to lie down, it hurts to go into the sea and go out. The sunbeds are all busy during the day, but are periodically released. At 16-17 hours there are already many free ones. When entering the sea, the depth quickly begins, so I don’t think it’s suitable for children. The sea itself is warm, at the end of September it was +28, clean and blue. The water in the pool on the territory is colder than in the sea.
There was no animation at all. In the evening they turned on Russian and Ukrainian pop music, the drunken audience danced to it.
A separate word about quarantine: the staff is mostly in masks, and vacationers are ALL without masks at their own peril and risk, even in lines for food. But there were no cases of coronavirus in our hotel, my husband and I also returned healthy. I won’t say that the quarantine was somehow felt, more than our rest was hindered by the constant noise of the road, smoking and loud conversations under our balcony.
In general, the hotel is more drawn to three stars, although its territory is pretty. I was in Kemer for the first time and came to the conclusion that there was nothing to do there. It is not far from the hotel to the center, but there, apart from outlets and intrusive sellers, there is nothing. Nature is also not particularly impressive, the mountains are rocky, the air is not coniferous, as, for example, in Marmaris.
