Upon arrival in Turkey, a Russian-speaking girl met us at the airport, accompanied us to the hotel, helped us check into the paid room with a sea view, because initially they wanted to check us into another room. On this day, at around 14:00, we met with the guide of the host Asya (host "M. t. s"), the conversation lasted around 5-8 minutes. From the conversation, it became clear to us that all excursions, money transactions for currency exchange, a free dinner in a restaurant by the sea are carried out only through Asya. For 2 weeks we never saw this guide again. Twice she made an appointment for us in the middle of the day, leaving a note on the door of the room - while she never showed up. Because of her, we lost the opportunity to visit various excursions, the water park and other events. We also left a note at the reception for Asya from the company "M. t. s" and asked to meet with us. She refused to show up. The hotel has no Russian speaking staff at all. In a foreign country, we were left to ourselves! This is a blasphemous attitude towards people who pay a lot of money for vacations, and as a result get a spoiled vacation! At the time of departure on the road, we did not have breakfast and dry drink, not even water. We were not aware of how to act in this situation, because there was no one to ask because there were no Russian-speaking staff. The hotel has a very bad attitude towards Russian-speaking vacationers. For example, during lunch in the greenery, I found a caterpillar and showed it to the waiter. Together with the manager, they laughed and no one even apologized; during dinner, we occupied a table, leaving sweets with cutlery for 4 people on it, everyone does this so that no one else takes the table, but, knowing that we speak Russian, the table was occupied by other people after 5 minutes, and the sweet the waiter took it. This is very insulting to Russian speakers, because the attitude towards the British, Germans, French and other nations is completely different. There was a moment when a pack of cigarettes, a lighter and playing cards were left on the table in the bar, there were slot machines nearby and we went to play for 3 minutes, upon returning to the table, our things were gone. The waiters started throwing up their hands, I had to go to their back room and pick up my things, which they put in a place for their common use. Again, no one apologized, although on the face - a direct theft. The food is disgusting. They fed only chickens, very often frankly smelly !!! ! Upon check-in, we redeemed cards for the exchange of beach towels. When checking out, we wanted to return the money by handing over the cards at the reception. The shift was not the same person who issued us on the day of arrival. In the registration book, he did not find an entry that we paid money for cards. He refused my request to show the registration book. As a result, we never got our money back. We could not protect our rights, because the staff does not know Russian or does not want to understand our explanations. The vacation turned out to be spoiled, the hotel staff is very dismissive of Russian-speaking vacationers, that is, to us.
