Stayed in this hotel with family. In general, I liked the hotel, but I'll start with the cons:
-sport. There are 2 tables for table tennis and 2 billiard tables, battered. Tennis - on the first day we were lucky with the ball - we could play. The next day we were given 3 meats and all of them are absolutely unsuitable. It is strange that in such a large hotel they cannot solve the problem with good tennis balls.
- - - the most unpleasant moment, which crossed out the desire to give the hotel 5 points, despite the fact that there are other disadvantages too. On the second day after checking into the room, we discovered the loss of 2 pairs of new children's sandals. A few days later, children's swimming trunks flew off our balcony and did not return. They flew away, shopping malls on the balconies do not provide a rope for drying, things have to be hung in the shower, where everything dries badly or thrown over the chairs on the balcony. And a day later we left the diving mask by the pool, the search was unsuccessful. In total, during this vacation, we lost 4 things worth about 10 thousand rubles. This is the first time this has happened to us, in the entire history of my vacation on the Russian and foreign sea coasts, I have not lost a single thing. The hotel staff could not help us in any way in finding our things and the impression was that they did not really try. The hotel guest relations manager, Maria, only smiled sweetly in response to my complaints. Meanwhile, the windows of the hotel staff overlook the tennis court, under their windows mountains of garbage have already accumulated, and women at that. From here I had the idea that the maids in the hotel with a low level of culture and salary, hence the motive to steal something from the guests. Maybe I'm wrong, but that doesn't change the loss of our sandals.

+ The food is excellent and varied, at any time there is something to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the time there is a bar with pizza, burgers and french fries. From evening until early morning there is a cafe 24 hours, where you can also have a bite to eat. The food is really 5 points.
+- sea. You have to work hard to find a good entry. There are stones and shallow water stretches for quite a long time. Trouble with beds. The beach is narrow, only 2 sunbeds. As a result, sunbeds are occupied with towels until 8+ in the morning.
+ Pool. 3 pools, there is an active one, where there is animation, water polo, etc. and quieter ones that are suitable for families with small children. Sunbeds are also occupied from early morning.
+ - cafe a la carte. The atmosphere is pleasant, a cafe on the beach. In general, I liked it, but on my son's birthday, the staff messed up with a cake and candles, it was unpleasant. Maybe it's the fault of the girl in the lobby taking orders.
-Internet is not available anywhere in the hotel, except for the lobby near the reception. Allegedly a breakdown in the city. For whom it is important, a big minus.
