I travel often, and I clearly understand what a 3 star hotel is. This Asutai does not even deserve 1 star. Complete unsanitary conditions, lax behavior of the staff, repairs have not been done since the time of the king of peas. This Asutai does not even deserve 1 star. Complete unsanitary conditions, lax behavior of the staff, repairs have not been done since the time of the king of peas. There are 3 characters working, one allegedly at the bar (the bar consists of 3 bottles of local liquor, water, cola and machine coffee), which does not understand either Russian or English. The second body is supposedly a manager, and he is supposedly at the reception. Only when it is needed, do not catch. Upon arrival, we saw a room with the size of an average toilet of our stalin. And their toilet and shower are combined in the back room, without shelves, without curtains, without towels. After a shower in such conditions, there is ankle-deep water, and a drenched toilet bowl. Speaking of water. In the morning it is cold, in the afternoon it is still something like it is, in the evening it actually does not flow. Stink like a cloaca. About the Room: 2 mini children's bedside tables, a bed, and a non-working TV set with a telephone. They just take up extra space. Suitcase according to the idea of designers, you need to put it on your head. There is a miracle of technology - air conditioning. True, at 25 degrees and at 16 it equally takes out hot air with a million bacteria. Also for 2 people you will be given 4 towels. True, in 10 days, do not expect that they will be washed. Same with bedding. For 10 days they never made a new bed. And in general, the cleaning lady came to the room on the third day, and then according to my daily dripping on the head of the super administrator secretary. Once again, this cleaning lady forgot to close the front door to the room, take out whatever you want! We came in the evening, and saw, and to our indignation, the supermanager said that he would "scold" her. She took the water bottles and that's it, that's her job. The balcony didn’t close for all 10 days in the room, which was reported to the “top manager” from the first day. He came, pulled the handle with a thread with the handle of the shelf and said the problem was solved. - the whole "tagil" is heard in your room. There is supposedly a pool, but in reality it is a large bathroom with swamp water. After I saw that the bartender washes glasses with HAND at the bar, I didn’t even drink water there, not to mention food. I looked at what they offer - I would only give such a homeless cat / dog. In general, we tried to come only at night to the hotel, spending time on the beach and excursions. And the price of the tour is not cheap, 1400 ye, for this money other tourists were sitting in clean hotels. NOT RECOMMENDED. Attached is a photo of the room.

Upon arrival, we were placed in room 204. We suffered through the night with a non-working air conditioner. After our requests, the next day they transferred to 306 with a working air conditioner. Among the shortcomings of the room: the water in the sink did not go down even after cleaning, the TV was just for show that it was there, a moldy curtain separated the shower from the toilet, pillows, as well as a TV for show, on hay and it would be better to sleep. … More ▾ Upon arrival, we were placed in room 204. Among the shortcomings of the room: the water in the sink did not go down even after cleaning, the TV was just for show that it was there, a moldy curtain separated the shower from the toilet, pillows, as well as a TV for show, on hay and it would be better to sleep. Meals: monotonous, especially breakfast, lunch and dinner, if you have a good stomach, then only with vodka or beer, soup is probably from Rolton packs, meat is only more or less chicken, carp fish from our reservoir compared to the local one trout. (overcooked with a huge amount of bones) in 10 days it was served 2 times, the rest is vegetable cuts and marinades from vegetables. Drinks: juices, it seems that from Yupi powder, wine and vodka, if you do not mix it with cola, it is not possible to drink. The cook is a young guy, most likely without a license, because different chefs are responsible for cold appetizers and hot dishes, and he is a "universal" so to speak. At the same time, the servants walk around with cigarettes in their mouths, both in the bar and at the reception (which is strictly prohibited), young boys who are only interested in Russian girls. About the pool: there is so much bleach that the water turned cloudy. If you look from the 3rd floor, you can see nearby hotels with swimming pools. So in ours, the water is the most muddy. Chapaev was still sunbathing on sun loungers, dirty, shabby. At night, constantly drunken knocks on the door to the neighboring girls, everything is like in a hostel in Minsk. There is only one conclusion, there is no longer a foot. Well, at least the excursions and the city of Marmaris smoothed out the negative impression of the rest.

We hoped that there would be something meaty for lunch - a vain hope: only vegetable dishes. True, for dinner there was some chicken in one form or another. The only thing I can praise is a very good coffee, which could be poured in the bar throughout the day. In 10 days I lost a kilogram of weight, so the hotel can be recommended to those who are prone to excessive fullness.

We rested in Asutai in August 2010, this is not a hotel, but a garbage dump. It is 300 meters to the sea, do not believe those who write that it is normal there, the one who apparently lives in the garbage writes and such living conditions suit him. And now about everything in order: breakfast - 2 cucumbers, 2 slices of tomato, 4 olives, 4 olives, butter, cheese, jam, honey and a mountain of bread. … More ▾ We rested in Asutai in August 2010, this is not a hotel, but a garbage dump. And now about everything in order: breakfast - 2 cucumbers, 2 slices of tomato, 4 olives, 4 olives, butter, cheese, jam, honey and a mountain of bread. In principle, breakfast will go, it’s enough for an hour, for the 7 days that we had breakfast there it was unchanged !!!!!! ! specific, if anyone has tried meat - it will not be eaten), Do not believe the travel agencies that say that in Marmaris hotels are all like asutai - asutai is the worst hotel that exists in Marmaris, they don’t even hang bracelets on their hands, there is no water in the pool change, the water is green, smelly, and no one swims there. We specially went to compare other 3 *, they have animation, people swim in the pools because they work. In general, asutai stands out for its color - it is the only one of its kind on the entire coast, when we were asked from which hotel we were, we looked at each other and laughed - and the locals said ASUTAY ??? ? at a loss because ASUTAIA does not exist to the territory. Dear tourists, read the latest reviews and do not listen to what they say in the travel agency. We have been to many 3 * but this is the first time we see this, this is not a hotel, but a rooming house. If you go to Marmaris it is better to pay some extra money to have all inclusive. Everything is very expensive in Marmaris!! ! Eating in a cafe on the waterfront is very expensive. For example: a steak of meat 20 lira is about 500 rubles, fish is even more expensive.

Traveled in July 2010 three of us with friends. To be honest, sanatoriums in Russia are better.... The travel agency had the imprudence to say that we were only going to sleep and wash at the hotel, as a result we got a cheap (relatively) option - 22.000 for 10 days. To be honest, sanatoriums in Russia are better.... It all started with the fact that they did not want to let us into the hotel with their drinks - they have such a rule. You can drink only at breakfast - tea or coffee. And during the day there is nothing else in the hotel. About food: I'm not very capricious about this, but that's it.... In general, the composition of breakfast: dried olives / olives, honey, jam, a mountain of bread, cheese, nasty cucumbers and tomatoes. . . Not everything is quite edible, but every day - thank you. . There was no lunch, dinner - for slaughter - salad, hot, watermelon. . . In huge, enormous quantities. . . Everything is quite edible.... The room is a nightmare - the size of an elevator car. . . The promised 3rd bed was brought after our cries that it should be. . . This euro-folding bed smelled terribly.... Cleaned the room in principle clean, but nonetheless.... The floor was constantly wet, because it was flooded from the shower.... In general, everything is quite tolerable, but the impressions are not very. Everything smoothed out only when a supermarket and a McDuck showed up nearby to eat at least something. . . Regarding the beach - in the morning we went impudently to the Poseidon beach, claiming that we were from this hotel. Asutai is far from the city center - you get tired of walking to Bar Street.... In general: if you are not capricious, you have a strong nervous system and want extreme sports - this hotel is for you. But to be honest, it's better to pay a little more and stay in a 4 *, closer to the city center

The temperature during the day in the shade is 33 degrees. Heat. There is almost always a light breeze from the sea, which makes the heat more bearable. The hotel is normal. Staff 5 people. Constantly someone is on duty and makes sure that there are no strangers. Someone wrote earlier that something was stolen from the room or was missing from the safe. We didn't have it. The rooms are clean. Cleaning is good. The very condition of the toilet and shower in our room was not very good. That is, the water in the sink left slowly, the floor was tiled somehow of poor quality. The shower area is enclosed by a curtain which was dirty at the bottom. But we didn't pay attention to it. Our goal was to relax, change the scenery, swim in the sea (there are no waves). The hotel is well located in remoteness to the sea, to the city, and to supermarkets (Tansas, Migros), and the street of souvenir shops. Also 5 minutes away is the Atlantis water park. Air Ticket 28 lire and reb. 19lira We sunbathed on the beach of the Demir restaurant. (exit from the hotel to the right, to the end of the street and then to the left towards the sea). Their beds with gray mattresses. 2 sun loungers and an umbrella cost 10 lire. It's very clean, they clean it all day, very well. A long strip of promenade stretches along the sea. You can rent a bike and ride. Bars with TVs along the promenade. EFES beer costs 5 lire. The food in the hotel is very poor and portioned. We bought peaches, grapes, cookies and water and took it to the beach with us. We ate this for lunch, and it was fine. In the heat, I didn’t really want to eat. You can also dine in bars, where a set lunch costs 16 lire. You cannot bring food into the hotel. We smuggled in a backpack. And the garbage from the food was taken out in the morning, going to the beach. Only one Russian channel was watched on TV. In the evenings, after dinner, we walked around the city, shopping. By the way, there is a good clothing store called LC WAIKIKI. There are good discounts and bought everything and inexpensively. You can pay by VISA card. We took an excursion to Dalyan from Tez Tour. Worth $45. And reb. $ 35. They take the bus for 1.5 hours, then in a huge boat with a roof along the river between the reeds like a maze, they drove past rocks with ancient tombs carved into them. Before reaching the sea, the place where the river ends, there are special boats from which the personnel serving tourists lure huge turtles with crabs to float to the surface of the water. I managed to take 2 pictures with the turtle. Then 2 hours of bliss in the warmest water with waves. On the way back they bring food. There was a feast of the stomach. And then immediately into the sulfur-hydrogen mud baths, which were formed on the site of a meteorite that once fell and then formed a lake. After these procedures, we were exhausted, "fell out" and on the way back everyone on the bus slept. With an excursion to the island of Cleopatra, we hesitated, and then it was too late. Maybe next time. Vacation went well!

For the money that we paid for the ticket, I did not expect anything fancy. But at least I wanted to get human conditions. But even that wasn't there. Well, first things first. The hotel is very small. The rooms are tiny with falling apart furniture. The air conditioner rattled so loudly that it was difficult to sleep. And he was constantly dripping. Linen and towels are dirty gray with multi-colored spots. I didn’t want to dry myself with such a towel at all, but I also didn’t want to sleep on such linen. In our room, at least the shower worked fine, but the neighbors were less fortunate. Separate conversation about food. All menus can be counted on fingers. Breakfast was the same from day to day: boiled eggs, feta cheese, butter, olives, bread (the only thing that could be eaten), jam, tea and coffee. I'm okay with eggs, and I love olives, but by the end of the vacation, even I couldn't see all this. For dinner, every day, there was cold french fries, boiled millet or cold pasta. From salads, if it can be called salads, boiled carrots with something similar to sour cream, empty cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers and stuff like that. For dessert, watermelons. There are probably no other fruits in Turkey. Fruit is nowhere to be found. The nearest market is open once a week, and the other one is very far away.
But these are all flowers. On the third day of our stay at the hotel, our rooms (we were two couples) were robbed in broad daylight. Happened, this while we went to dinner for 1.5 hours. When we returned from lunch, we saw rummaged things. We had two phones stolen. We didn't have anything of value. The rubles that were in the purse were not taken. But the worst thing is that they didn't even apologize to us. When we informed the hotel staff, they said, they say, they themselves are to blame, they say, you need to carry things with you. Imagine such audacity!! ! Vacation was completely ruined. By the way, just a few days later another room was robbed. Turns out it's normal there.
So, if you are going to go on vacation to the Asutai hotel, think 10 times you want such a vacation. I would never recommend anyone to go there.
