Good afternoon. Now I am at the hotel. The first problem arose upon check-in, when, having arrived at 22.00, with two tired children, we were told that our room was not available !! ! When it will be. . . they don't know! ! They settled us instead of a family room with a sea view in two standards !!!! ! I. e. Husband with one younger child in one room, we are in another!!!!
After talking with vacationers, we realized that this is the norm here!!! ! No one is responsible for anything! The mess here is complete (in all areas)
