Hello to everyone who is going to go to the hotel "Marmaris Park"! ! My husband and friends were in this hotel from 08/04/2009 to 08/14/2009. We had a great rest!!!
the hotel is nice, cozy, all the staff are very polite and friendly! We liked it!!
ACCOMMODATION: we were settled in a bungalow farthest from the main building (number 371) on the 2nd line from the sea! We had a 5 minute walk to the main restaurant. The rooms are all the same, they have air conditioning, a balcony, a TV and a telephone, a minibar (empty), a hairdryer in the bathroom. There are quite a lot of places, you didn’t have to jump from the threshold to the bed : )
FOOD: we liked it very much! every day there was chicken, fish, lamb and beef, and in different types (grilled, stewed, baked, etc. ) there were always various stewed and baked vegetables, well, just oh-oh-very tasty, we especially liked cauliflower! ! : )) For lunch, fresh vegetables, different salads, well, again, meat with different side dishes (rice, pasta, potatoes, etc. ) and, of course, mashed soup! ! For breakfast there were various types of cereals, cheeses, as well as cottage cheese, cheese, all kinds of yoghurts, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and once in 11 days there were pancakes ! ! Desserts are generally magical, I just could not resist not to eat a piece.
The only negative is that there are few fruits, every day there was only watermelon, well, a melon every other day, oh, and even plums, and we saw peaches and grapes 2-3 times.
BEACH: concrete platform, stones at the bottom, but I didn’t care, I didn’t go there but swam, for those who don’t know how to swim, it will probably be difficult ! ! but there is a little to the side, literally 100 meters away there is a sandy beach! though without sunbeds : ( The water is very clean and warm!! ! small fish sometimes swim. There are a lot of sunbeds, we occupied when we went for breakfast (8:30-9:00).
ANIMATION: here it is of course rather weak! ! animators certainly try, but their stupid jokes are not to everyone's taste, although sometimes there were good performances ! ! the disco does not last long, I don’t remember exactly, well, something like from 23:00 to 1:00.
NATURE: simply wonderful, mountains, palm trees, eucalyptus and pine trees are collected in this wonderful place, so nature just cannot but be liked!!!
In what I agree with the rest of the reviews, it's CICADES ! ! they really chirp very loudly (though only during the day, you can’t hear them at night), but after a couple of days you get used to this sound and everything seems not so bad!!
That seems to be all I wanted to write, in general, the hotel as a whole is good and I would love to go there again!!!
