Traveled as a family of 2 adults. +1 child 7 years old. Were from May 16th to May 23rd.
The hotel is of course high class. 70% of vacationers are Germans, a few Dutch, British...Vacationers from the CIS countries are only 10-15%. And, of course, everything is at the highest level.
Settlement went quickly and calmly. Within 5 minutes we filled out the paperwork and we were immediately given the keys to the room.
The room is small, clean. Everything that a hotel of this class should have is there.
The territory is very large, green, clean. Everything is very neat. At the crossroads of the paths there is always a large stand with a plan of the territory, on which your location is shown with a burning light bulb, i. e. do not get lost.
The beach is sandy, quite clean, despite the fact that the sea sometimes threw some garbage ashore, a worker periodically walked and cleaned everything. The sunbeds are old wooden but it didn't bother us.

The water park is of course the pride of the hotel. A huge territory, which has a fenced area for kids with a sandy pool, there is a corner for older children, with a large beautiful ship, with slides and fountains. Well, an area for adults, where there are a variety of jacuzzis, and multidirectional strong jets for massage, and, of course, a variety of slides for different tastes. Moreover, the slides are all very high and unsafe, and the staff strictly monitors that they move out only on mattresses, of which there is a large pile near the slides, starting with singles and ending with huge circles 3 meters in diameter. The water park has two bars, where you can dine quietly if you don't feel like going to a restaurant. In general, it is better to see all the splendor of the water park once...Believe me, this is unforgettable.
Animation for an amateur. After the Germans complained about the noise near the central pool, the animators calmed down and if during the day they hold some kind of event, it is quiet and often unnoticed. The foreign contingent of vacationers in general practically does not participate anywhere. And the main activity of the animators was the daily preparation for the evening shows, which were always distinguished by splendor and bombast. Every day, in the evening, about 120 tables were set up near the huge stage, covered with white tablecloths, and pompous foreigners almost in evening dresses and suits sat quietly and watched German-speaking and sometimes English-speaking shows.
In general, for me personally, the animation lacked some kind of recklessness inherent in us. Everything was quiet, boring and pompous. As for me, this is the only negative of the hotel.
The food is top notch. All products are high quality and expensive. For breakfast, honey is a must in honeycombs, trout or salmon fish in different forms. Lightly salted is especially tasty. The meat is necessarily of several types and everything is very tasty. Cherry tomatoes are awesome. Blue cheese all day long. There were not very many fruits, but there were two types of apples, oranges, watermelons and melons, sometimes pears, apricots and kiwis. I would like strawberries, but there was never something.
All drinks and juices are packaged or bottled and of very decent quality. Ice cream all day and by weight, and in packages. Moreover, the weighted ones are of very good quality, and in the packages of well-known companies - Nestle, and the like.
Alcohol is both local and original. Pour what you ask for. Bottled beer.
The staff is responsive, Russian, English is not a problem.
The children's club worked actively, the whole day they held all sorts of contests and competitions both indoors and outdoors. The animators there are both foreign and ours.

I will add that on the territory of the hotel there is a whole tennis center, in which there are 70 courts, and many foreign tourists come specially to relax and train, so a significant part of the vacationers are not visible during the day, they only come to eat and go back to the courts.
In general, the hotel corresponds to its status and its price. And the presence of a large number of Europeans is very disciplined by the hotel staff. But this is his minus. It's still boring. . .
So feel free to go there, it's better with a company, it's worth your money.
