Weak. side hotel in August 2020:
- the presence of mosquitoes in the hotel and in the rooms. Guest-relationship says that not all hotels in the Sorgun village worked, and therefore they did not carry out fumigation work in full. Also, the guest relations department reported that, in turn, the Ali Bay Resort hotel carries out fumigation in accordance with the approved. technical director of protocols 2 times a week and can no longer for safety reasons. We chose the hotel "Ali Bay Resort" in Sid based on personal preferences: according to reviews and recommendations - a wide sandy beach, gentle and sandy sunset, beautiful and very green area of the hotel, decent service and food. For the Ukrainian market, the hotel now sells exclusively Coral Travel. In general, the chain of hotels "Ali Bay" in Sidi includes 3 hotels: "Ali Bay Resort", "Ali Bay Park", "Ali Bay Club".
Ali Bay Resort Hotel is always higher in the price segment. It is no secret that the owner of this chain, as well as the Turkish hotel chain Gural (in Belec-center and Tekirova, Kemer), is a Turkish businessman Ali Gural and his 2 sons. According to recent conversations, one son runs three of these hotels in Sid, and the other manages two hotels in the Gural chain - the Gural Premium Tekirova in Kemer and the Premier Gural Club in Belek. The Gural hotel chain is in a higher price segment than the Ali Bay hotel chain in Sidi. Hotels of these chains are built in the Turkish style.
WORK OF UIA:

The stop was short. The guide on the bus said everything in the case, without imposing subjective opinion.
I want to mention the guide at the Sabina Hotel. Very nice girl, smart and sociable. At the first meeting, she not only talked about excursions, as is often the case in other hotels, but also shared information about dolmus, plying to Side Center, Manavgat, information about the region, pharmacies, shops and more.
In addition, Sabina gave her cell phone number, and Viber was interested in the quality of our holiday. I wish her good health, well-being and prosperity!
On the way back we bought an individual transfer from Coral / Odeon. Everything is on time. Very nice driver, nice spacious car.
WORK OF HOTEL RECEPTION:
Overall good. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, much earlier than 14.00 - the official time of check-in. Reception manager Abdul spoke to the man in German. Although, I understand that he is a little Russian. We really wanted to settle in 5 or 6 buildings on the 2nd floor, which we wrote to the hotel in advance and told the manager personally. Abdul opened the map of the hotel and showed us building 8, because he said that the hotel was full and there were no other deluxe rooms available, promising that it was not far between the buildings and arguing that building 8 was quieter than buildings 5 and 6.
In the 8th building, he offered us to stay in room 822 on the 2nd floor and not wait for 14.00. We agreed without hesitation and immediately took us to the minicar in the room.
The room turned out to be good, so thank you Abdul for the early universe. Later, I can say that there are rooms in the 5th building, which are really noisy. Nearby is the main restaurant, hoods, etc. We personally, due to the early arrival, were not treated to cocktails and Turkish delight at the reception, but we did not need them. A compliment in the form of a bottle of Turkish champagne and a plate of fruit was delivered to the room immediately.
Optional: install a refrigerator with drinking water and possibly bottled drinks at the reception. I understand that the reception of this hotel is trying not to marinate their guests waiting for rooms until the victorious end, to move in if possible on arrival, but still it would be nice if this refrigerator was still there.

The hotel has only 12 buildings, 429 rooms. Located on the east coast of Side, in fact in the village of Sorgun, the hotel is located on the waterfront, 65 km from Antalya Airport, 1 km from Side and 2 km from Manavgat. It is possible to stay in the area of .15+ adults, relaxing by the beautiful adult pool, which is lined with dark stone. There, as a separate hotel within a hotel: no screams, no gamma, only silence and grace.
The hotel has beautiful trees, both pine and deciduous, shrubs, flowers, flower beds.
There is an organized cat house and the cats look great. Fed, with collars. There is no unpleasant odor near the cat or on the hotel. The hotel has its own garden, where organic vegetables and fruits grow, and there are days when the children from the mini-club harvest in an organized manner and then prepare vegetables for them. Very useful and interesting lesson. Fumigation work is carried out on site, so if there are mosquitoes, in some cases, possibly after the rain. But as my child is very sensitive to mosquito bites, we took the children's Raptor from home.

The room had an electric kettle with a set of tea and coffee (bags of black tea, sticks with coffee "Nescafe Classic" and dry cream, sugar in the joints), wine glasses, teaspoons, water glasses, champagne glasses. The balcony is small, but from all this is such an architectural solution of the buildings of this hotel. Although there were large balconies, mostly on the ground floor, corner. Umbrellas are individual, large, with a sufficient distance between the umbrellas of neighbors. There is a table. There is plenty of garbage on the beach. If we compare the transparency of the water in the sea in Sidi with Kemer, it is logical that in Sidi and Belek the sea is muddy because of the sandy bottom. Along the coast you can walk and see the beaches of neighboring hotels: on the left, if you look at the sea: on the beach Robinson Club Pamfilia, Hotel Turguz, Voyage Sorgun Beach, on the right Sueno Hotels Beach Side. They are not allowed to enter the neighboring hotels on the territory. At least Sueno's security returned those who wanted to see the hotel itself. Personally, my subjective opinion is that the beaches of Turguz and Voyage Sorgun are inferior: there are stones of volcanic origin in the sea. On the beach you can use the services of water entertainment (scooter, water skiing, motor boat, sofa, etc. ), you can fly by parachute. Qing did not recognize. The child was not particularly interested in this.
We spent most of our time on the beach, not lying by the pools. On the beach there is a playground for the little ones, where there are sunbeds, toys, small slides. Plus it's that she's under an awning. There is a volleyball court.

If it is not possible to make a stationary toilet on the beach according to sanitary and technical conditions, then install a dry toilet. I don't think this will be a problem for a hotel of this level. It would also be good to make a towel dispensing point right on the beach.
SWIMMING POOLS / AQUAPARK:
The hotel has 5 outdoor swimming pools with fresh water (1 heated until 15.05 and from 15.10), 5 water slides for adults and 6 mountains for children without heating, open from 10.30 to 17.45. The children's water park has colorful water castles and a special pool for the little ones with antibacterial sand.

A big plus of this hotel is the availability of a relaxation pool for adults, where adults and children 15+ can relax. This pool, like all areas, is surrounded by trees and shrubs. Abdul opened the map of the hotel and showed us building 8, because he said that the hotel was full and there were no other deluxe rooms available, promising that it was not far between the buildings and arguing that building 8 was quieter than buildings 5 and 6.
In the 8th building, he offered us to stay in room 822 on the 2nd floor and not wait for 14.00. We agreed without hesitation and immediately took us to the minicar in the room.
The room turned out to be good, so thank you Abdul for the early universe. Later, I can say that there are rooms in the 5th building, which are really noisy.
