Just returned from a trip and really want to share my impressions!
We rested with a family of 4 people, we chose the hotel carefully, carefully studied the reviews and are glad that in the end we were not disappointed))
I liked absolutely everything: the kitchen is beyond praise! ! ! Trying everything in such a short time is simply not possible. A lot of meat dishes (I really liked grilled cutlets), as well as fried trout, salmon, tuna .....A variety of fruits and vegetables, very sweet watermelons. Many meat and fish dishes are prepared in front of you. As they say - with heat, with heat! ! !
Near the pool there is a bar where you can always get juices, cocktails and other drinks). There is also a fridge with water (free of charge).
The cleaning was also great! Moreover, a few days after our arrival, the inspector came and asked if we were satisfied with the quality of cleaning and if there were any complaints.

The only thing that was disappointing was the way the girls served in the hotel restaurant. They work very slowly! Therefore, we sat down in those places where the waiters served the guys.
When we first arrived, the hotel manager calmly responded to our request to change the room, we didn’t even have to pay extra)).
I don’t know why some animators are not satisfied? My family was very pleased with their work. Moreover, my children are no longer small (15 and 19 years old), but they were happy to wait for different competitions in the pool! ! ! It can be seen that the guys give all the best to 100%! ! !
The contingent of tourists is mainly Europeans and locals. There are tourists from Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
Alva Donna is a family run hotel. So for those who like to hang out late - this place is not suitable. And for us - the most Paradise! ! !
