We rested in Amara hotels for the first time in August 2010. We flew through the Tez Tour, special thanks to these guys, we were tormented for a long time with a choice, but the agency advised this particular hotel, and they also got a discount.
When viewing the description, I was a little upset because of the small area, but when I arrived at the place, I realized that this was exactly what I needed.
As we were told, the owners are Russians, and the hotel chain generally belongs to Tez Tour, but I don’t know how true this is.

Regarding the contingent in the hotel, mostly Germans and Belgians, well, a little bit of the British, Turks and ours. The capacity is about 700 people, thanks to this there is no deadly stampede, as in many others. In total, there are enough sunbeds for everyone, and tables at dinner and places for animation, in a word, everything is calculated with sense. As they explained to us, for every 2 vacationers - 1 person from the service staff, almost everyone speaks Russian, those who do not speak, they understand, or, in extreme cases, are looking for those who speak. absolutely no one was left without attention. You can always explain yourself in English or German.
The hotel is mostly family-run, so it is difficult for young people, but those who are looking will always find it. I went (16), my mother (44) and sister (28) and I would not say that at least someone was bored.
Of the staff, I can mention Lena (reception), Lily (customer service manager) and animators Lena, Alex and Vasya (our guys are just super), but these are only those with whom I communicated closely, and everyone in the hotel is great, you feel God himself, you can immediately see that the casting is tough and good training for the staff.
From the daytime entertainment, we shot from a bow and from an air gun, we really liked it, our friends played volleyball and went to water aerobics, everything is also super))) Evening shows are just GORGEOUS!! ! Variety for 2 weeks we were at the Mongolian and Moscow children's circuses, Mr. Amara's show, various dance performances, but the most enchanting is the Gala Dinner, it takes place 1 time in 2 weeks on Wednesday, this is something UNFORGETTABLE!! ! Dinner is served entirely outside and beyond with all the surrounding entertainment.
In general, the food was very pleased, every day something new, a huge variety and everything was very tasty.
The rooms are not large, but comfortable, we lived together, we had 3 separate beds and a sofa, for all bathrobes, towels, slippers and drinks in the minibar. There was also a kettle and tea and coffee set, all very tasty. Of the channels, as Pervy wrote earlier, RBC and Musik Box. The bedding was changed every day, the only minus, cleaning every day was at different times, but it's not scary. We paid for a room with a sea view, and we got it, the view was excellent of the sea and the pool, there is a photo further on.

As for the beach, there really are stones at the entrance to the sea and beyond, but thanks to this, the water is much cleaner. However, we had that in one day we gathered almost all the staff and they pulled out these stones as far as they could, but we still swam from the pier, in any case, you just need to be more careful and accurate. Fish and 2 huge turtles swam in the beach area, they were very surprised and pleased with this fascinating fact.
