What we liked. This is a large area, a large beach, several swimming pools, 2 of which are children's, water slides.
What I didn't like. The sea entrance is not at all suitable for children. The beach is more rocky than sandy (there is almost no sand), the stones will stick to your feet so that you will get bruises. The staff at all levels do not understand any language (English, Russian, Ukrainian). The rooms are not cleaned at all. I personally begged for soap and shower gel for 3 days. The bed linen was never changed in 9 days. Not for money, not for money. The toilets in the hotel are very dirty. There has been feces floating in the children's pool for 3 days and no one has cleaned it. The water on the children's water slides is turned on twice a day for an hour and a half. You can't wait for ice cream at the bar, because they always say it's out of stock because of economy, and when the administrator comes, it suddenly appears. A day before departure, they told us at the reception that it was not a question of extending our stay until 10:00 PM, for money of course. But the next day they informed us that there were no free rooms and asked us to leave the room at 12:00. And we and our small child were forced to stay on the beach until the evening. There is no place in the hotel where you can take a shower except for the room, which we asked to leave clean on principle. I do not advise anyone to rest here. Any 3-star Egypt is better.
