2. Room cleaning is poor.
3. At the reception, the staff is not responsive and a little toxic when asked to collect lunch boxes, stood in a pose that it was necessary to arrive 5 minutes earlier, the time had already come so to speak.
4. The pools are unheated and icy, but it didn’t really matter to us, since we tried to spend all the time at sea.

6. The a la carte restaurant, which you can visit 1 time per vacation for free, was not impressed at all, roughly speaking, they will serve what is in the main restaurant, and the waiter there, like a ghost, walks alone and with a sour mine on his face, as if doing favors.
7. There is no music or bar on the beach, the bar is 100+ meters from the beach.
8. Animation in the hotel was "searched" until the last day of stay at the hotel, but unfortunately they were not found.
But of course there are some positives in this hotel.

The hotel guide said that this is the problem of rooms in building 4, which they can’t (or don’t want to) solve in any way. And most importantly, there was no balcony in the room. The windows of the room overlooked the corridor, in which there was twilight around the clock. Our number I called "bunker". For some reason, in the description of the hotel, there is no information about such "standard" rooms. Just as there is no inf. about the fact that to the sea, if you decide to go on foot, you will need to cross 2 roads, go uphill, go through not very (to put it mildly) picturesque area. A bus runs regularly to the beach, but the stroller (we were with a 1.5-year-old child) did not fit on the bus)).

Being in the room you do not understand what time of day without looking at the clock. All and sundry will have access to your room (card keyless system). Starting from the hotel staff, ending with outsiders (there were complaints from vacationers that they saw left Turks in their rooms who were not related to the hotel staff). To which the hotel staff shrug in style - this could not be. Nothing to prove in this hotel. Everyone writes it off as a misunderstanding in the language or trying to make you look like a complete moron. There is no animation at all, adults have nothing to do after dinner, there are no discos or other entertainment events. The food is not bad in principle, local alcohol is rare shit. Beer is not bad. They have a local "foreign exchanger" in the style of the 90s on the territory of the hotel - their name is Bach (in their language, I think Bakhmed). A rough, uncouth animal (as, in principle, all Turks related to the tourism business). It has nothing to do with this hotel, except for renting a trading module from them. During the day, this animal looks after itself (rubs near the pool) several victims to organize a shopping trip. Works for the owner who has a trading business. When organizing a trip, it is covered by the names of tour operators located on the territory of the hotel. As a result, he takes people out and almost forcibly forces people to buy expensive things such as jackets and fur coats at a price of more than $1.000. A Belarusian young family with 2 small children was forced to buy 2 fur coats for $1.000 each after being kept in the store for more than 3 hours. We personally also had a conflict with him. It came to death threats on his part. The hotel staff were of no help. Only the hotel guide of the annex tour helped. No one can take him away from there. In general, it is about this hotel - they feed and drink medium, the staff is shit. Wouldn't recommend to go there. . // We went to Side, old Side. In bazaars and shopping arcades, the attitude of Turks towards Russians is very negative. If you didn’t buy anything, you can swear in your own language without hesitation. Constantly trying to * bat for money with any purchase (also in bars and taverns). Traded in dollars - change is given in lira at a very low rate. Nobody changes dollars for smaller ones - then you can’t fuck. They exchanged them for lira themselves - no one wants to bargain so well on lira. The pennies are missing. There is a mess on the roads - just an uncouth country. As soon as Putin opened this country for tourism. . . No one lets pedestrians through, they drive on red, in the opposite direction. There are no laws either. Their law works only in favor of the local population. Basically, think for yourself. There are many other countries for recreation. We didn't play any animations during the day... only a children's disco in the evening, which the children willingly went to. The food is terrible, monotonous, we saw peaches 2 times in 7 days! Fish only once a week, almost all the food is heavily peppered! We did not know what to eat and what to give to children! One thing we are satisfied with is the sea, but for that kind of money we wanted to see not only a good sea, but also comfortable rooms !! ! It still surprises me who gave them 5 * there 3 * and then with a stretch !! ! I do not recommend!!! !

The room is very comfortable, clean, fresh renovation, bathroom with new plumbing, everything is super. The beach is a bit far away (500m. ), but they solved this problem, during the day from 8.00 to 19.00 every 10 minutes a shuttle (bus) runs to the beach from the hotel and back, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own beach, equipped with comfortable sun loungers and awnings. Very clean and well maintained. The bar on the beach (50m from the water) is equipped with its own kitchen, throughout the day you can not only take drinks and snacks, but also a full menu, like in a hotel restaurant, i. e. you don’t have to return to the hotel for lunch.... The hotel and beach staff are very hardworking and friendly. The poolside hotel has a very convenient bar and mini restaurant. A mini water park with slides is organized for children. Everything in this hotel is so thought out, convenient, comfortable and not expensive! There is much more to write. My husband and I were very pleased and pleasantly surprised!
