The youngest vomited right in the restaurant in front of the astonished European public - everything was recorded on surveillance cameras. Management - aggressive Turkish cattle, does not recognize any guilt for themselves, they lie like crazy. Although, after the poisonings, they ran to the restaurant 10 times a day to check that someone else was not poisoned. For 3000 Euros, we will not tolerate this, we will not return to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. After such an experience, I don’t feel like going to Turkey at all - what kind of oriental hospitality and sincerity is there? They rip us off like cattle, no respect.

By the evening - cold - jackets with a sweater and jeans. It only rained for one day, but it was warm - just went to local small shops in Kumkoy and went to Manavgat.

At first we were settled in the main building, it seems room 1109, it overlooks the access road where buses drop off tourists, it’s a bit noisy, we asked for relocation, we had to wait, 5 days, but then the room was the same only with windows overlooking the garden, birds sing in the morning, much nicer than the noise of an engine and the noise of people leaving and arriving...
There is animation, but I won’t say anything about it, we skipped the daytime one, and the evening one, in my opinion, is rather weak, in the second week of rest we preferred to walk around the neighborhood.
If you suddenly have to use a pharmacy, then it’s better to go there with lira, and not with currency, they will consider the exchange rate very unfavorable for you...

We arrived at the hotel at 3:15 am local time. They did not have Russian speakers at night. And with the help of a guide (he speaks a little Turkish), they explained to us that check-in is only at 14-00. Do you want to sit and wait at the reception, and if you want to go to the room - then $ 60 (this is not the hotel's fault, these are just questions for our tour operator). It was night and of course I agreed. On this all our inconvenience ended.
We were placed on the 3rd floor of the main building. The room is large and bright. We cleaned our room every day and I was very pleased with the cleaning. Everything was top notch. The maid pampered us either with swans or with towel hearts. Towels changed every day, beach towels - after 3 days, also in the room.
I don’t want to repeat myself about food, but I’ll write a little. For breakfast, in my opinion, any gourmet will find something to eat for himself - it's simply not possible to leave there hungry. I often took a freshly prepared omelette for myself (you choose the filling for the omelette yourself) and the pancakes with chocolate paste were very tasty, also cooked in front of you. My child was dying over French fries and cereal with milk (there were 4-5 varieties). There was porridge, mushrooms and meat, but in the morning we didn’t want to. They have very tasty tea-types of 10, the juice in the packages is also very good. There was an abundance of everything, of course, for lunch and dinner. Of the fruits were: strawberries, oranges, bananas, grapefruits, and at the end of the rest - peaches. But they weren't very sweet. Dessert is a separate song that I would listen to and listen to. Class!! ! In the bars near the pool and on the beach, you can always eat delicious food too. Only on the beach at the bar for lunch you could taste delicious grilled chicken. As for alcoholic drinks, I really liked the cocktails.
The most pleasant surprise was the waiters and bartenders. What good fellows they are. How smart and fast they run. And I did not notice any difference in service between Russians and Germans. Everyone is the same. There were many Russian speakers among the waiters, so there were no problems with the order, they never confused anything and quickly brought everything. On a five-point system, I would rate children's animation at 10. My son was indescribably delighted. Johnny was responsible for the children's animation. Children clung to him like flies. They did not feel any problems with the language, since Johnny always spoke in 4-5 languages and everything was clear to everyone. Every day they had a different program, either they built castles, or drew on T-shirts, or flew a kite. One day they rehearsed the fairy tale "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs". And in the evening, for all to see, they showed it to us. You understand that it is not easy to gather and organize children of different ages (from 4 to 12 years old). Dear Johnny and Selena - thank you so much for our kids!! ! There were 2 more German animator girls - but they were not particularly visible (only on minidisco). When Johnny had a day off, my son refused to go to the mini club, saying that without Johnny it was not very interesting. So, dear owners of the hotel, look into both eyes so that Johnny is not lured to another hotel - it will not be the same without him !! ! Every evening the children had a mini disco. I would like more Russian music (German music prevailed, but the children still had fun).
Now about the animation for adults. In general, I would rate it at 4. I really liked the fitness classes, conducted by the Ukrainian girl Marina. At 10 am - gymnastics, 11-30 - aqua aerobics, 15-00 belly dance, 16-00 classes with the ball. Marinochka - you are super, good luck to you. In the evenings, too, there was a different program. Especially liked the Turkish and Cuban evenings. It was a beautiful show! If Russian speech was always heard in children's animation, then in the evenings they sometimes forgot about it. The host will come out - in German, English. and he will say to the Turkish, and you Russians understand as you want. SW. animators take note.

Especially liked the Turkish and Cuban evenings. It was a beautiful show! If Russian speech was always heard in children's animation, then in the evenings they sometimes forgot about it. The host will come out - in German, English. and he will say to the Turkish, and you Russians understand as you want. SW. animators take note.

The beach is great, there are no problems with sunbeds. If you are too lazy to bring a mattress, then they will bring you and make a bed, regardless of whether you are Russian or German. The restaurant has a great abundance of food. You can please even the most picky. Animation deserves praise - everyone is very diligent in their duties. The only negative is that they do not organize trips to the city. In other hotels below the level of 5 stars - there is such a service. It would be very convenient for those tourists who cannot travel by taxi in a foreign country for their own personal reasons. And another big plus - you can even walk barefoot around the hotel, everything is safe - checked for yourself. And I was also handed an invitation leaflet when I left, where I was told that in the spring of 2012 this hotel would be in a new style. Reconstruction is expected, the name of the hotel will change accordingly. I would like to hope that the owner of the future new hotel will do everything in the best possible way!
