The reception staff were unfriendly, they greeted us with sour faces as if we'd come here for free. We had to drag our suitcases to the room ourselves, and this is a 5-star hotel?? ? The cleaning is terrible, you can't wait for your table to be cleared in the dining room. If you like waiting for half an hour with full plates, this is the place for you. The food is monotonous, and I won't even mention the drinks, which are served in paper cups on the beach. Keep in mind that cocktails near the beach are not made from 12:30 to 15:00 because they serve food there. ))) We've never seen anything like this before. No one is held accountable for anything. If anything happens, they immediately stop understanding the language, Russian or English. The beach is full of cigarette butts and trash that no one cleans up!!!!! ! The pluses are the large room and the warm sea! We will never come back here again!!!!!!! !
