Персонал и отношения испортили весь отдых!!! The staff and attitude ruined the whole holiday!!!

I was debating whether to write this, but after reading a negative review, I decided to add it too! The hotel is truly terrible, the staff is truly unpleasant and even more so, unprofessional!! ! No one cares about tourists at this hotel, the food is repetitive! We've been to many hotels, but this one is definitely not 5 stars, 3 at most!! ! Don't waste your money, believe me, it's not worth it!! !
My son wanted to play water polo several times, but there were always excuses not to let him join. Only after I approached the entertainer did he immediately include him in the team. Is it really impossible to let a child play without causing a scene? And really, all the staff have sour expressions; only one security guard at the beach exit always smiled and said hello!! !
