There were problems during check-in, as I understood that they did not want to give the rooms booked by join-up. We waited several hours for the representative of the joint up and decided it all, then the hotel manager apologized, they gave improved rooms. The hotel was chosen based on reviews and photos. In Turkey for the 5th time, we always fly to 5 *, we choose expensive and large hotels. The previous 4 times the hotels were more and more disappointing every year. This year we went to the Royal Alhambra Palace. The price is high, of course, but worth it. The hotel is new, luxurious, everything is very clean.

I was especially impressed with the food, its variety and quality. Upon arrival, instead of a standard room, we were offered a family room, and at no extra charge (though on the ground floor, but overlooking the quiet side, which is what we needed). This turned out to be a big surprise for us, for which we are very grateful to the hotel representatives at the reception. We traveled with two children aged 1 and 4. There is plenty of entertainment for children, this is a water park and an amusement park. We flew with TezTour, we were satisfied with everything! We recommend the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, the road from the airport to the hotel took 40 minutes, upon arrival they filled out the documents, and we were told that our room would be ready in an hour. There are always Russian-speaking staff at the reception, so don't worry about it. So it was an hour later, we went to the reception, the room was ready, settled in block B on the third floor overlooking the neighboring hotel and partly on the sea, we were satisfied with the check-in and were lucky with the neighbors and the room turned out to be very quiet.
The room is as in the picture on the site, everything has slippers, mile accessories, a hairdryer, a safe, a refrigerator filled every day, 3 Pepsi, 3 beers, 3 fantas, 3 mineral waters, 3 waters, 2 juices, there is also a kettle in the room and tea for it, coffee. While we went to breakfast, walked around the hotel surroundings, and upon returning to the reseption by the agreed hour, we were surprised to learn that the room would, of course, be ready, only in another two or three hours. To our bewilderment and questions, they explained to us with a smile that we initially misunderstood everything. Well, can you imagine? The child is whimpering, nerves are on edge and we are offered to sit in the hall, wait! I never thought that in a hotel where you are reminded at every turn that you are in an atmosphere of beauty and luxury, I would be faced with the theft of a stroller! Sweetly smiling hostesses urgently demand to leave children's transport in front of the restaurant, but no one takes responsibility for safety. Here we have the situation: we leave the restaurant after dinner, and the strollers and the trail are cold, and neither the restaurant manager nor the administrator are going to help you, these are your personal things, they say, your problems. There are no video cameras in the parking lot, look for yourself wherever you want! Here is your attitude, respect and participation!
Absolutely outraged by the bartender at the Piano bar on the L-floor. My daughter asks to make a milkshake without ice, and he puts a adjustable UPI in front of her, stuffing ice into a glass! When asked to replace and remake the drink, he declares in pure Russian that it’s normal anyway! What kind of relationship is this? But on the other hand, in front of the Germans, the Dutch, he jumped out - he bowed !! ! It's a shame. . .

And also because of the proximity of cafes to the water park, the remains of flat cakes, disposable tableware, garbage, in a word, were often observed in the water. Outside the gates of the hotel in a 3-minute walk there are shopping arcades. German and English speaking tourists were actively shopping.
The only thing that bothered me a little was changing the beach towels. It is held once a day from 8 to 18, for the second time you have to pay 0.5 EUR. The fact is that at 6.30 in the morning my wife went to the beach to play sports and swim, it was not yet time to get a towel, and in the evening, when we went to the room at 17.30, the towel was changed only for a fee. So many towels hang on the balconies in the evening, dry like trophy flags on the walls of the Alhambra.
