Good day! We rested at the Royal Alhambra from 9 to 21 June 2013. A lot of good things have been said about this hotel, there are plenty of rave reviews. There is no point in repeating. I want to point out the disadvantages of the hotel, but they definitely exist. First, occupancy. We are a family with two children, the youngest being a year old. And here we are, tired and tortured by a long flight, we arrive at the hotel at about seven in the morning. I hoped that they would settle us right away, because this had happened before, not for the first time in Turkey. But we were told that the number will be only two hours later. While we went to breakfast, walked around the hotel surroundings, and upon returning to the reseption by the agreed hour, we were surprised to learn that the room would, of course, be ready, only in another two or three hours. To our bewilderment and questions, they explained to us with a smile that we initially misunderstood everything. Well, can you imagine? The child is whimpering, nerves are on edge and we are offered to sit in the hall, wait! Everyone who has babies in their arms will understand me… I had to demand, be indignant, and as a result, the number was immediately found! The number we received is not bad, as in the photo, only here there is a discrepancy. We paid and booked in advance a room with a direct view of the sea, the same one turned out to be with a side view. And again, all the same explanations, you misunderstood, this view is a straight line. But there was no longer any strength to argue and be indignant...
The hotel restaurant was not impressed, huge, pompous, but stupid. Everywhere is the same, just laid out differently. A separate conversation about the parking of prams in front of the restaurant. I never thought that in a hotel where you are reminded at every turn that you are in an atmosphere of beauty and luxury, I would be faced with the theft of a stroller! Sweetly smiling hostesses urgently demand to leave children's transport in front of the restaurant, but no one takes responsibility for safety. Here we have the situation: we leave the restaurant after dinner, and the strollers and the trail are cold, and neither the restaurant manager nor the administrator are going to help you, these are your personal things, they say, your problems. There are no video cameras in the parking lot, look for yourself wherever you want! Here is your attitude, respect and participation!
Absolutely outraged by the bartender at the Piano bar on the L-floor. My daughter asks to make a milkshake without ice, and he puts a adjustable UPI in front of her, stuffing ice into a glass! When asked to replace and remake the drink, he declares in pure Russian that it’s normal anyway! What kind of relationship is this? But on the other hand, in front of the Germans, the Dutch, he jumped out - he bowed !! ! It's a shame. . .

The beach is dirty no matter what anyone says. The staff removes garbage from the pots, and everything else is left as it was. There are cigarette butts, and broken disposable forks, which are easy to run into, and glass... Why the blue flag was awarded to the beach is a mystery to me. The sand is not leveled in the evenings, the nasty algae are not removed from the surf line. Very dirty pool in the water park, the water is cloudy. And also because of the proximity of cafes to the water park, the remains of flat cakes, disposable tableware, garbage, in a word, were often observed in the water. Someone will say, people themselves are like that, this is understandable. You can't put your brains in. But after all, the staff should follow the order, clean up on time, but this does not happen, and all this beauty floats until the evening....And the toilet in the mini-club? It's just pure horror. Enter on an inhale, exit on an exhale! Full immersion in the color of the station closet! This is not observed in adult toilets, but why is it so in a children's one ?!
Yes! If you accidentally leave some things on the beach, you can say goodbye to them, be conscious and no one will rush to bring them to the reseption. It took us two expensive swimming masks. Apparently some people like it. . .
Conclusion: Although the hotel is expensive, luxurious, beautiful, sometimes facts are hidden behind all this splendor that completely blur the favorable impression.
