Let's go through the Anex tour. We were aware of the rooms across the road, so we paid for the standard room (anex room across the road). We arrived closer to 9 pm and then it started... They tried to settle across the road. Wife in any. Me too. I ran into specifically both the hotel and the Anex tour. The result was: in front of me were the hotel manager, the guide and the regional director of Aneks... Still, they didn’t give me a room that night in the main buildings, I had to spend the night across the road... BUT! Apart from the view from the window on some secondary street, there were no more complaints. 2-storey suite (2 rooms), clean, everything is in order, the furniture is not dead... But we paid for something else... What I got from the "collision" with the organizing committee: a room in a blue building overlooking the sea, 3 a ticket to the water park + Troy Dolphinarium (Ritz Hotel), 1 time they loaded the minibar with cola, fanta and sprite for free, although they promised every day, 2 times they served wine with fruit in the room, served a table... Interestingly, at the reception it was noted that the minibar continues to fill up... They promised a free massage and a full "course" of the Turkish bath - we did not need it...
Towels and linen changed every day. The food is excellent, although we have been to better hotels. Interfered with sleep music until night from the platform by the pool. I didn’t like wi-fi (free), they cut it according to speed or cut it off altogether if you sit for 15-30 minutes... My wife doesn’t want to go there anymore, it’s not bad for me...
