Ужасный отель!! Terrible hotel!!

The hotel is just HORRIBLE. When we arrived, we were met by a guide from Odeon tur. We thought everything would be just super, we'll have a rest. But it turned out not to be so. We arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and their check-in starts at 12:00. We went to have breakfast, took a walk, when we arrived we were just in shock! We were given a room across the road, i. e. the 2nd coastline, which was not reported, and in the photographs the 2nd coastline could not be! We thought okay, let's see what kind of room, although we paid $ 3.000 for a room with a sea view, and this one costs $ 500! ! They came, they saw cockroaches crawling there, bears, as you enter the room immediately to bed, a toilet with a bathroom for 4 rooms, can you imagine what a horror it is ..

We refused, we sat at the reception for 2 days until we agreed. . A fax was sent from our company, but we still paid extra for the room. . We cried for 2 days, what kind of rest can there be after that. We were told that the Russians were accommodated across the road, and the Germans in the hotel itself, overlooking the sea ..

In general, they settled in, there was no animation, they only speak German, when the children's animator gathered the children to play, all the German children followed him, and the Russian children did not understand what he said . . The children themselves are looking for their parents. Animation is very weak! You can’t laugh in the evening, because it’s boring, around the pool there is only darts and water polo entertainment. . Not very fun..
