Vacationing with family. Well, I want to say a lot, but there are not enough words. The hotel does not pull on 4 stars in any place, barely 2 stars, we were in Turkey 8-9 times, most often in Kemer, and we know what 4 star hotels are, we have something to compare with, we don’t have such horror never seen before...
Let's start from the very beginning.
Coronavirus and its observance in general: wear masks only in the nearest shopping center (Novamol) and in some large supermarkets, you didn’t have to wear them in the hotel, like gloves, gloves, in principle, were not needed anywhere, the temperature was measured again only in the shopping center and that’s all, keeping the distance - there was nothing either, that is, when you arrive there, you can forget that the virus exists at all, the staff also apparently forgets about it, especially in the snake bar - one cook put french fries and nuggets with his hands without gloves, there are no words absolutely, it's not even a virus, it's not hygienic...

But he was even more surprised that, having told him that it was immoral, he continued to do it ...But it was in the dining room itself that all the cooks were good, they served food all in gloves, everything was neat and good.

As for the food itself, well, there is absolutely nothing to eat here (in the dining room) - they only took vegetables and that’s it, everything was often cold, or overcooked, or overdried, in the snake bar itself they gave kebabs, fries, nuggets, charcoal fish, vegetables on the coals, burgers - there is nothing to complain about, the variety is great, only there we ate (like everyone else).
There is nothing for children to eat at all, soups are not for children, there is not even porridge) All mothers went to the nearest supermarket for milk) in the dining room itself - the cooks put food on you themselves, the only negative is the chain that does not allow you to get close to food, then you are standing behind it, and on the other side the cooks put food on you, the minus is that it’s not at all clear what kind of food is there, especially when your eyesight is poor, you could write what it is, but the cooks basically answer you what it is and what is there, so it's okay.

Another minus is that it would be much easier and better if they put food on their own plates (how much we want and what we want), otherwise the cooks serve for a very long time, there are few of them, there are a lot of people, the queues are healthy ...and while someone then he decides what he wants - it turns out you stand in line for 40 minutes ...Another minus is that they simply save on everything. One napkin per person, you ask for more - they say no, they are not! ! !
Salt and pepper in small bags per person - 1 pc. There are no toothpicks at all. There are, as it were, such sets - a fork, a knife, a spoon (large) and a napkin with small bags of salt and pepper.
Further, housekeeping - they come late, at 3 o’clock, when it’s hot and you don’t want to sit in the heat, you want to sit in the room under the air conditioner))), the floors weren’t washed at all, the bed was changed only once and then on one bed out of 3, Every day they changed towels and gave out toilet paper, which is a plus!

Of the soap-ryl accessories, only soap in the dispenser, and that's it ...no shampoo, nothing ...there was only one non-carbonated water in the mini-bar.
The audibility in the rooms is just terrible, you can hear everything, especially the toilet)), the rooms are old, we have cracks on the walls ((
There are only 6 chairs at the reception, everyone just watched you until you get up to sit down too, because only there it catches the Internet, and in the rooms the Wi-Fi is 3€ a day and then only one device.
The staff does not speak Russian well, the waiters seemed to clean everything, everything was fine in this regard, except that they cleaned the tables with one rag, then everything was sticky, the floors near the pool were very sticky and dirty) they practically did not wash them (
Also, upon arrival at the hotel, there are not enough rooms, you are taken to another hotel for the night, but there are only stairs, as we refused to live in the basement, insisted on our own and we were still settled in this hotel)
I’m generally silent about the pool, when we drove in the big pool was like a swamp, everything was in foliage, and the bottom was all in slime, now I’ll attach a photo, then it smelled like some kind of pond from us, it didn’t even smell of bleach ...then we Complained, immediately cleaned and removed it, it seems to be better)
Wi-fi - terrible, just so terrible that it’s not words, nothing was loaded from the word)
It’s 1 km to the beach, it’s a 15-17 minute walk on foot, but the road is all in stones, that is, it will definitely be difficult with a stroller) The minibus goes 4 times to the sea, this is a plus, it takes everyone to the last, that is, it makes 5 visits) but sometimes it broke down, and we were transported in a regular car)
The beach is very dirty, sand
The sea, when the waves are also very dirty, when it's calm, it's clean)
Animation - so-so, disco for children: 3-4 dances to children's songs and that's it, then the music was turned on, and there were contests and some shows, there was a lottery (paid participation), that is, something was, it was paid)

Bar - cocktails are paid, everything else is free, beer was like diluted water) on the beach from 10 to 17:00 ordinary drinks (water, coffee, tea and soda) are free)
In general, the location of the hotel is simply terrible, there is one supermarket nearby, and the rest is a bit far on foot, a real village) Nobody even knows about this hotel, especially taxi drivers who have been living there for 15 years) That is, you will leave easily, but will you arrive you unknown)
The only thing we learned at the last moment was that the Ancient City was very close - everyone should go there (ruins, ruins and just an old city with its own history) - for me personally, it was very interesting, but it’s worth going there during the day) it will be more beautiful )
We flew out at night, they didn’t even let us drink water, everything was closed)
There were only Russians, and several foreigners, they all spat, with whom they didn’t talk, everyone intends to write a real and truthful review about this village)
And so, I don’t advise anyone who has not been to Side, it’s better to choose Kemer, there is a pebble beach, but the hotels are close to the sea, close to the center, you can go somewhere, take a walk, the hotels are all good, and the city itself is very cozy, in in terms of shopping, the best option, there is a lot of choice and everything at affordable prices (but don’t forget about bidding) Side is a purely village, there is nowhere to go, take a walk, buy something there at all is unrealistic, one piece of junk ...souvenirs are also not sold in the vicinity , in general, the village)
It was also a shock for us that there were mosquitoes, there were a lot of them ...and some kind of living creatures were always crawling in the rooms, for the first time in all our trips we saw mosquitoes there ...I am silent about the flies, there were a lot of them quantity, and everyone was biting.
Many stopped by the hotel and immediately moved to others (for an additional fee), because there is horror)
Even approaching the hotel - the first impression of it - the village and the village. . .
