Pros: a modern and multi-level building, a beautiful and large pool, especially a beautiful view from the upper floors of the illuminated pool and the Side promenade. Close to Old Side with its open-air museums, there are many shops, bars around the hotel, a promenade along the sea. Good food in the evening. Excellent housekeeping. Attentive and unobtrusive waiters. Gentle entrance to the sea, sand.
Cons: inconvenient to get to the beach, WiFi is weak and only in the lobby. The equipment of the rooms is not thought out in detail (there is no hanger for clothes, nowhere to put soap in the shower, water in the shower cabin flows on the floor).
Some unpleasant moments in the service that we personally encountered: no one explained to us the structure of the hotel, what and where is located, how to get to the sea. DID NOT SAY THAT THE TOWELS ARE EXCHANGE! There was a surprise at check out. For the packing of suitcases, they immediately called 3 prices, each time carefully looking at us. First, for free, then 15.20, and generally confused as a result. SPA is a separate story, my husband bypassed them, because of too intrusive service. On their part, there was indignation and dissatisfaction with his refusal of a paid massage course. Dinner was often virtually non-existent. Vegetables, fruits and tough chicken meat or cutlets for which hungry people stood in line. Therefore, we did not dine at the restaurant, but took cakes and ayran.

I would advise the hotel administration to "work" with the SPA staff and representatives of Anex, whose presence our tourists did not even notice.
Yes, although the hotel is German, there are a lot of Russians there, at least half.
