The guide Oksana, absolutely unobtrusive, is ready to help, after meeting for a couple of hours, she solved minor problems with a sink plug that did not open, etc. They placed us right away, because we arrived at 19:00, they offered a room with a sea view for $ 30, we refused, after that we were given a room for the disabled on the ground floor : ))) I read in the description of the hotel that smoking is prohibited there - this is nonsense. Smoking, of course, is prohibited in the building, there is an ashtray on the balcony in the room, plus all the sun loungers also have trash cans, etc. We have never been hungry, there are no restrictions on alcohol, and beer and wine are pleasant. The food is very varied, once a week they gave strawberries and cherries, watermelons, apricots and local green plums were every day. We didn't even try all the sweets. A huge number of salads, our child loves cucumbers very much, she ate every day like crazy. We went with friends, two small children, we were not so happy - the children looked at each other and ate normally, and not like at home. The pools are very clean, I don’t describe in detail, because before the people wrote everything. Slides 2 are open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. It is forbidden for children under 10 years old to ride on them, during work a special uncle is on duty, who does not let the kids in and gives the command "to start", tracking the landing of the previous one rolling down. In the main restaurant the waiters are very friendly and helpful, we were served by a guy who ran around at first sight. We left a tip, $ 2 each, for three days, after that he went to the terrace, warned us about this, and held a table for us, putting wine there, because the hype on the terrace was big, and there were problems with places, especially that there were not enough boarding tables for 6 people. The table was kept almost until the end of the dinner, and after the end of the dinner by the time - 21 hours, he poured us everything that was asked. SPA - beyond praise, they showed additional services once, they didn’t impose anything, the sauna is dry and wet, and the Turkish bath without washing is free. The hotel has a beauty salon, for $ 20 I made myself African braids from my forehead to the top of my head, because my hair is long and interfered. The rubber bands broke in 2 days in turn, the girl from the salon, seeing me on the street, offered to change, but I did not want to. The beach is really small, but we adapted so that we went to the sea in the afternoon - a lot of free sun loungers. A sun lounger on the beach of a nearby hotel costs $3.50. We walked to the old Side - about 1.5 km. Taxi from the hotel $ 8, from the center - $ 10.4 adults with 2 children are planted without problems, there is no question of child seats. There is a market in the old Side, where you have to bargain before the seizures, but in general you bargain up to the amounts that are in the shops near the hotel with fixed prices. For souvenirs, it makes sense to go from the hotel entrance across the road to the right and forward, prices are more adequate for things, magnets are cheaper in shops on the left along the road to the sea. Now a little about what I didn't really like. Firstly, in the pool bar, in the vast majority of cases, waiters who do not understand Russian at all and hardly understand English. If you order a cocktail of 6 pieces on the price list or a beer for yourself, there is no problem, but when you ask for children listing the ingredients, it becomes stupid. Also in the same bar in the toilet is constant dirt and spilled water. The animation is focused on the Germans and monotonous, although the main animator Ricky screams in all languages ​ ​ and generally looks like a quality male : ))). Children's animation is taken from the age of 4, but in reality you can lead a child of 6-7 years old, then there will be a sense. At the reception, a Russian-speaking girl every other day, only a hotel guide can help. In the lobby bar, the waiters are rude and unhurried, the child spilled the juice, so he twisted his face and did not even think to call to clean up under the table, although in the same situation in the main restaurant the child broke the glass, and with cries of "no problem" everything was removed for 2 minutes. The room is cleaned on command, but not immediately. We left tips on the bed, we were not given any figures from towels. When leaving at the reception, they demanded $ 100 as a tip - this is such a joke that at 5 in the morning did not seem funny to me. In general, I liked it very much, the child is generally delighted. We went to rest for the first time, we did not regret it at all, the child asks to go back, and we are thinking about a burning tour : ))). In short, it's worth going to this hotel, especially since the elevator to the sea is already working in full, and the beach is sandy.
