The flight was in the morning, but they settled strictly at 14.00, the motivation does not matter, the number of rooms is small. Together with us, a German family with a baby was also expecting to move in, so there is no discrimination, which was repeatedly confirmed further. When leaving, it was also not possible to extend the room, the same reason - the workload of the hotel.
The territory is very small, so you won’t be able to walk somewhere, sit in silence. On the other hand, everything is cleaned, cleaned, etc. , there are no questions.
Rooms - only 6 buildings, in the 1st suites. The best option for placing 2-3 buildings. In buildings 5 - 6, the windows in the odd rooms overlook the main pool, where it is unlikely that you will be able to close your eyes until 24.00. In the 6th building and with even numbers there is not without noise, there is a playground and noise from the road, well, for someone it may be the other way around - it is convenient to keep track of your children.
The rooms are small, but there is nothing to complain about, a refrigerator, a kettle, a separate air conditioner, they are cleaned acceptable, well, maybe only to the fact that only cotton swabs and a shower cap are among the accessories in the bathroom. Soap, gel and shampoo from one dispenser, but always in stock)))
The sea is not immediately across the road, but past neighboring hotels, if on foot, then 10-12 minutes slowly.
The hotel minibus travels constantly, it has some pauses at unpopular times, we only got into a break once, the rest of the time we used its services on the way back, and you can take a walk there.
The beach is sandy, several tens of meters shallow, if you arrive before 9 am - there are a lot of free sunbeds, but later you can find free ones, no one occupies it like in other hotels, so we can’t call such a distance from the sea such a strong minus.
All the animation on the beach rests on Boris, special thanks to him, he makes a show of everything, the balls were sorted out for the game "bocha" as soon as he approached the beach, then a smooth transition to darts already in a restaurant on the beach, then volleyball. There are water activities nearby: jet skis, cheesecakes, bananas, etc. In other words, if you yourself want to actively spend time and communicate with others, then there is such an opportunity.
If you want in silence, then there is no loud music, sellers go around, of course, but there are not many of them. In the pool, water gymnastics and animation (maybe something else, I don’t say for sure, we swam in the sea).
The restaurant on the beach is small, but in principle everything is there, I would even say that the assortment is larger than usual in 5 *. We never even went to the main restaurant for lunch.
Actually, about nutrition - this is perhaps the strongest side, 5+. Always 2-3 types of fried and stewed meat, and beef, lamb, chicken, turkey. Fish: sea bass, dorado, tuna, sometimes salmon, shrimp once a week. Taking into account the small area in the evening, the sun loungers by the pool are removed, tables are set up and a huge number of all sorts of grills, barbecues, cauldrons, pans appear, for every taste and belly size. Desserts - many different fruits: apples, oranges, bananas, peaches, apricots, watermelon, melon, less often strawberries. A variety of desserts with fresh berries and fruits.
There are many free tables, queues for some of the most popular dishes are 3-5 people.

Evening shows every day with guest artists, on the level, on Saturdays a foam disco. After the show until 24:00, animators continue to work near the pool: contests, lottery, karaoke, etc.
Once a week, some kind of hodgepodge with a choice of miss and mister, but on this day you can go to Side, by minibus for 30 minutes for 1.5 Euros. The main attraction is the old city, which is under your feet, under the glass floor, and all the same cafes and shops.
The euro in Side and nearby hotels is the main currency, since 70% of vacationers at this time are Germans. Dollars can take 1:1, but they can also increase the price at a cross rate. MIR cards are accepted exclusively in fur and jewelry stores, so cash.
As I already said, the main vacationers are residents of Germany, and there are a lot of our former compatriots who emigrated from the German Autonomous Okrug in the 90s. Everyone is very friendly.

I didn’t like the room, it was not a good layout, with a height of 170 cm I constantly hit my head painfully on the roof slopes inside the rooms on the way to the balcony and window (if my height is higher than mine, this will further aggravate the problem). The room under the roof is constantly heated, while the air conditioners in both rooms do not save the situation. Free WI-FI is available throughout the territory (including the room).
BEACH. The beach is excellent, sandy, the entry into the sea is gentle, for children the most what you need. There are always free sunbeds on the beach. The sea is wonderful, clean, always calm (calm) in the morning, waves are possible in the evening.
I was very pleased with the great distance to the buoys, I really like to swim in the sea. The hotel is located on the 2nd coastline, you can walk to the beach on pavement in 10 minutes. Also during the day, a bus runs from the backyard of the hotel to the beach, but not always on schedule, but chaotically, you can’t plan a bus trip in advance, and it’s difficult to stand in the heat under the scorching sun. In addition, there are often not enough empty seats on the bus for everyone, and after waiting for the bus, people are forced to walk. There is a bar on the beach, all kinds of drinks and food are available. It was very annoying when swimming with children in the sea that the organizers of parachutes endanger swimmers, at the start the boat stands at a depth in the sea, and the parachute with a rope is pulled low over the surface of the sea. A rope pulled low can severely cripple swimmers.
SWIMMING POOL. We never used the pool, we prefer sea bathing.
KITCHEN.
There are always empty seats in the restaurant. At first glance, the assortment of dishes may seem very diverse and interesting, but this feeling completely disappears after 3 days of staying at the hotel. On the 4th day you do not know what to take to eat. All the menu is the same, it does not differ from day to day, every day is the same. There seems to be a lot of food, but nothing to eat. At the same time, I am not picky about food, but for some reason in other hotels this problem was not so acute before. I would like the dishes to differ from each other by day. There is no children's menu! There are no names in Russian on ready-made dishes (one can only guess what kind of dish it is, its composition).
STAFF. Top managers, hotel managers and RECEPTION staff treat the Russians with disdain, at the same time they behave very courteously with the Germans. Apparently the Germans are much closer to their liking. The Russians are not noticed point-blank, they are ignored! It wasn't very pleasant!
What can not be said about the service (waiters), maids and kitchen workers, they deserve praise for their diligence, diligence and caring attitude towards vacationers! Kazakh girls, Turkish women, Russians perform their duties very well, well done, thank you very much!

Tried to settle instead of a standard room in economy. The room smells like sewage. there is no soundproofing. You can hear snoring from the next room and the noise of the disco. THE HOTEL TERRITORY is quite small, well-groomed, there are sculptures on the territory. There are very few trees. Everything is compact.
