Moreover, the guest’s natural dissatisfaction in this situation causes genuine delight in him. If you want to train your ego on the subject of humility, we recommend that you definitely visit this hotel and start your acquaintance with it from the restaurant. I consider it necessary to warn the tourist about such innovations, we did not go to stand in lines for the distribution of food and endure inconvenience. To drink elementary tea or coffee, you have to stand in line and as a result you will be served a drink that does not meet your preferences.
If not for this fact of service and not for the friendliness of the staff, the hotel might have liked it.

When we decided that we wanted to relax in Turkey, even before contacting the tour operator, they began to look at hotels . . We found this hotel. Liked the look and the reviews were good. We opted for it and have not regretted it. We were seated quickly, shown to our room and we went straight to dinner. There was one nuance with the room, it had 2 single beds instead of a double bed .

We agreed and did not change the number.
We had a room without a balcony, a view of the surroundings. (Economy) There is a shower in the room, no bathtub. Soap and shampoo jars were not available. Everything was in dispensers. The boxes contained cotton pads, shower caps, cotton swabs, and a hygienic bag. There is also a sewing kit - threads of different colors, a button, a needle and a pin.
The food at the hotel is excellent. There was always meat, fish and seafood, delicious desserts, waffles and Turkish flatbreads (there was a queue for waffles and flatbreads).
Cleaning in the rooms - every day from 9 to 16. To be cleaned in the room, you need to click on the special board . . We changed the towels every day. Bed 2 or 3 times a week.
Animation (what we managed to see) is good. Every day different performances, mini disco, morning exercises and water aerobics. .
The beach is sandy, the entry into the sea is gentle (just right for the kids), there were enough sunbeds both on the beach and near the pool. There is an awning on the beach. The hotel is on the 2nd coastline, it takes a maximum of 7 minutes to go to the beach, there is a shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes from the stop at the exit of the garden. Drive 3 minutes.
Water slides were open from 10:30 to 12:00. And in the afternoon until 4 pm.
We had a great time at this hotel and were very happy with our choice.

The hotel is nice, new: the rooms are modern, cleaned in a timely manner. Dining room 4 out of 5, but everyone will find something to their liking. The beach is dirty, maybe someday they will clean it up, but by the end of our stay (by April 3) the beach remained uncleaned.

The hotel is nice, new: the rooms are modern, cleaned in a timely manner. Dining room 4 out of 5, but everyone will find something to their liking. The beach is dirty, maybe someday they will clean it up, but by the end of our stay (by April 3) the beach remained uncleaned. Although the hotel has 5 stars, you need to stomp your feet for 5-7 minutes to the beach (a free shuttle runs every 20 minutes). There were no stretch awnings on the beach either, although I have no doubt that they will be pulled up soon. Oh yes, and the most important thing: the pool is warm IS, not big, but it is! However, the sauna and the pool are located on different floors: walk for 2-3 minutes through a draft (all desire is already lost in the pool to jump). Tea and coffee were added every day. The room has a lot of light and plenty of storage space. The staff is friendly, always ready to help. For example, our room card stopped working. We had it changed immediately. About wifi. in the hotel he worked well, on the beach it was relatively not bad, but on the sunbeds near the hotel it was very tight. What about the Germans about whom I wrote above. There are 2/3 of them here tourists. And the attitude towards them is noticeably better than towards us (of course, because they gave euros for every little thing) BUT! Even despite the fact that they simply made cocktails in beautiful glass glasses with umbrellas, oranges and mint, and we were the same in plastic ones and absolutely nothing. For some reason they had 2 cocktails for us: Pina Colada and some other burda. No matter what we named, it was the same cocktail. When leaving, we wanted to extend the room, at first they told us $ 40, but in the end we paid $ 20. In general, we really liked the rest, the hotel is fresh, bright, and cannot but please the eye
