In two, the air conditioner did not work at all, first you need to beg the electricians at the reception, which does not care about anything, and then hang around with them in the room, as they are not going to repair or do not know how. Friends air conditioner cut off. In the toilet pops up what the neighbors washed away. You can hear your neighbors very well too. Rooms for a hotel of this level are small, there are no tables and chairs, only sit on beds. TVs are great, but who needs them in a dipshit? Rooms should be overlooking the wasteland, you can go to the pool if you ask. Our neighbors with their granddaughter changed two rooms, but she couldn't sleep anywhere. But not on the river and the neighboring hotel.
The hotel is very beautiful and you can touch the beauty with your hands, but this did not make the vacation any better. The hotel staff is not too polite, you can stand at the reception for 10 minutes and wait until they pay attention to you and listen to you. We traveled with the German travel agency FTI (sucks! ), so Russian tourists are served in the first place. Especially beautiful Russian girls. No games whatsoever. I have nothing against the girls, no complaints, they are the most beautiful, but others also paid money for the hotel. Just do the tour talking with tourists from our hotel. Many complained about the impudence of the receptionist and poor service. So I agree with Mirena's review below. In many ways it is.
The food is normal. They didn’t die of hunger, but there’s nothing to praise either. You need to come to breakfast no later than half past ten, and then there is no milk for corn flakes, and breakfast is the leftovers that were at 8 in the morning. Everything is at 10. In the evening, drinks and a clean tablecloth will not wait.

The pool is gorgeous, the slides are super, especially orange, but the tiles around it are a skating rink. The spa is good but the prices are high. It is better to immediately refuse a massage if you do not want to do it, otherwise they will not leave you alone. If you're lucky, they may give you towels, or I may not. In short, so-so like. Full of cons. Animators do not get and thanks for that. You calmly sunbathe, but the programs are moronic and vulgar. Much better live music, which sometimes comes and plays until 12.
Towels in the room are changed, cleaned so-so. Look what a maid. Blue beach towels were dirty. The beach is huge, there are enough awnings and places for everyone. That's great. The sea is clean. And there is no normal toilet, it is common for everyone, mobile. The beach is sandy, but with a lot of garbage, some debris and glass. It is not very pleasant to go to the beach along a stone-paved road, but in the heat it is not very pleasant. Along some construction site and a swamp. Frogs and turtles live in it, fed from the bridge on the beach with bread. Garbage in the river near the bridge was raked once, but it did not become cleaner. We walked along the beach to other hotels and saw how it flows into the sea. A shuttle goes to the beach from the hotel, but 8 people fit there. Wait 15 minutes.
In short, we won't go again. There are better like for the same money. Dionysos has yet to work to their level. The staff especially.
