Сплошное разочарование Total disappointment

Just got back from a trip. Staying at Dionosos ruined our vacation. The hotel is barely a 3 star.
Let's start with the good, which was very little: a large, beautiful pool, slides, a good beach and a great sea, the presence of an LCD TV in the room with two Russian-language channels.
Negative impressions: 1500 vacationers (75% Turks) on the territory of 30000m (15000 hotel territory, 15000 beach territory), at first glance, a varied cuisine, but not very tasty and of poor quality (the Turks also complained), the queues for meat and ice cream are long, and even then they gave out a couple of times a week, and ice cream by the hour (15:00 to 16:00) you stand for 30 minutes behind a small cone in the sun, children in a bathing suit were not given baked goods, public premises were poorly air-conditioned, the attitude of the reception was disgusting; all requests and wishes are always a rude refusal, the rooms are damp, the bathroom is leaking, there is no ladder, the air conditioning in the rooms worked on schedule, it was turned off during the heat and stuffiness: can you imagine what? The rooms are not cleaned well, the bed is changed once a week, the overall service is very poor. Sun loungers near the pool must be taken from 6-7 in the morning, there are not enough places for everyone, this also applies to tables in the restaurant, in the bar... Entertainment on site very little: 1 tennis table, 1 big chess and paid tennis for all 1500 vacationers, the electric car that takes you to the beach worked disgustingly, the animation is 90% in Turkish and very weak.

I would not wish anyone to stay in this hotel.
