My husband and I went on vacation with a positive, in a travel agency the girl said, "How you set yourself up, so you will spend your vacation, if you don't notice the crumbs on the tablecloth and all sorts of little things, everything will be ok. " The hotel impressed me, very beautiful, the territory is super, the pool is simply gorgeous, with beautiful lights in the evening, with fountains, the rooms are good, the hotel has a sauna, a hammam, a gym is just a fairy tale, the beach is very good, the entry into the sea is gorgeous. The weather also played along, the sea is warmer. It would seem, what else is needed for happiness and a good rest! BUT......................
The service is just a nightmare - rating 1. I have not seen this anywhere else!! ! There was no soap, no shampoo, no shower gel in the room. On the first day, they put shampoo and a bar of soap and that's it. At the same time, seeing that we had run out of soap during subsequent cleanings, they did not consider it necessary to deliver until they made a remark at the reception, after that they brought it again and everything in 10 days! Moreover, they simply pour shampoos into used bottles. A disposable plastic cap for hair, I printed it out on the first day and so it lay used for all 10 days near the washbasin!
One day they simply forgot to hang towels for us, they took away the dirty ones, but they did not consider it necessary to bring the clean ones until we again went to the reception and brought them in a couple of hours. One evening, the light in the room was knocked out and the light bulb in the bathroom burned out, they told the reception in the morning about it, no one moved until the evening, I had to go to the reception again to swear, they came to make the light, the light bulb was not changed until the end of the holiday! Drinks were not delivered at the bar, for 10 days they brought once a small pack of juice and one bottle of water. Left a tip, nothing has changed!

They have an air conditioning system in the hotel, that is, at the peak of the heat, the air conditioners are simply turned off in order to save money !!!
In the dining room on the tablecloths, it’s not just crumbs... People ate partly in a plate, partly past the plate (apparently the food did not fit in the plate : )) ), and the waiter, without changing the tablecloth, puts new cutlery there! Such filth! There was an unreal shortage of small spoons, there were probably 20 of them in the entire dining room. Tea was stirred with tablespoons. Drinks are all diluted to disgrace, especially Baileys liqueur with chlorinated water 1:3. Not a single drink could be tasted in the original, everyone bodyated, even Fanta with cola. Ice cream was given strictly once a day for exactly one hour, and all this time an unreal queue lined up behind it. Nutrition - rating 3. Very few meat dishes (chicken and turkey in small pieces and that's it !!! ), the fish is the same all 10 days, the one that swims in the river near the sea, which everyone feeds with bread. Fruits - grapes, apples and melon. All!! ! And it's 5 star all inclusive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was unrealistic to sign up for an a la carte restaurant, the appointment was at 12:30 the day before visiting the restaurant, the queue lined up from 10 am, the restaurant seats 30 people, there is little chance of getting in. We visited one of them - fish, anything. Economy option.
Finished me off completely, when we left, we ordered lunch in the evening - a dry breakfast. When in the morning at 5 o'clock they came to the reception for breakfast, they served us a meager breakfast in the restaurant instead of taking lunch with them. It's at 5 am!!!

We flew from the Coral company, we were brought to the airport 2 hours before departure, before that with a mandatory check-in at the sweets factory. Near the bus at the airport, the guide dropped us off and said goodbye. We found out purely by chance that our plane was boarding from another terminal. We took a taxi and went there ourselves. The adrenaline is unreal! Everyone on the bus was flying to Kharkiv and Donetsk, both planes from another terminal.
Excursions were taken in a street agency closest to the hotel from a Turk, much cheaper than from our guide, but also with adventure. On the "green canyon" we were put on a bus with some Germans without a Russian-speaking guide, there were many misunderstandings in the process, but the impressions of what we saw smoothed everything out. The tour is worth it! The beauty is indescribable! And on the second excursion - "Troy" they simply forgot to pick us up in the evening, the husband of this Turk pulled out by the bacon, he drove us in his car. It's not worth the risk and experiment with street agencies!
We rested in many places and in 3-star hotels and 4-stars in Turkey and not for the first time, but we have not seen such a service yet! I think that either those who have nothing to compare with, or very strong optimists who do not want to notice bad nuances speak positively about this hotel!
