Good evening everyone! Second time staying at this hotel.
The name of the hotel has changed, the owner has changed, the expenditure side of the budget has been cut to the maximum. So what got worse:
1. The beach is dirty. Nobody removes it, there are about 10 cigarette butts on one square meter of sand. Little children build mud castles. If earlier there were 2 buses to the beach, only one was left. For mothers with babies, it is inconvenient to wait for a bus in the sun for 10 minutes.
2. Service is non-existent (all employees take money, promise to fulfill requests, never fulfill), friendliness is gone (the answer (by the hotel administrator) to the question: yes, we don’t give a damn about your problems).

3. The restaurant menu has become scarcer, the "ultra" system is not visible at all. Children's table is minimal (3-4 dishes). From fruits: apples + watermelon or oranges + grapefruit. For 2 weeks, once there were plums and once there were apricots. There is no food for kids, the hotel apparently does not have such an opportunity. All mothers of one-year-old children, who did not take enough jars of bottles with them, were forced to make purchases in supermarkets.
For kids, take separate dishes and wash them yourself.
4. Children's club operates on a reduced schedule - a few hours a day.
5. Very chlorinated pools, do not clean the bottom. The youngest was allergic to bleach, although we were only on the slides for no more than 15 minutes a day. (Again! Take your allergy medication! ).
6. The rooms are cleaned, or rather, they don’t clean the same way without money and with money: only the paths between the beds are vacuumed, the mop is in the same place, towels are folded (changed every 3-5 days), the bed is cleaned (changed every 3-5 days). If you run out of soap or other means - you will walk and ask - no one notices when cleaning. No one knew about any decorations and figures from towels on the beds, and did not do it, even for money. Room cleaning takes no more than 10 minutes. The balcony is cleaned every 3-5 days. All mirrors, glasses, bedside tables apparently need to be wiped by tourists on their own.
7. Bars have plastic dishes that are washed very poorly.
Does not apply to a specific hotel. Every 10th child is sick now. Virus on the coast. Symptoms: temperature 39, very sore throat. Babies under one year old were taken to the hospital under droppers for a day. Duration of illness: from 2 to 5 days. The virus is transmitted by airborne droplets. Take appropriate medications with you!
