I'll tell you everything in order. I went to the hotel with my mother (I am 21 and my mother is 50 years old). We arrived at the hotel very early, at 5 am. We were at the peak of the season and therefore there were no free rooms. They said to wait until 9. We arrived at 9, the guest relations manager told us that more tourists had arrived than the hotel could accept, so we were offered 1 night to live in a room without a balcony, and as an apology we were given a free safe, 3 visits to restaurants a la carte, wine and fruit in the room. Also nice room and pool view. We have agreed to these terms. The next day we were moved without any problems.
The rooms are good and bright. The air conditioning worked, though when the door to the balcony was open, it immediately cut off. There are 5 Russian channels on TV. Minibar upon arrival 2 small juices, 2 waters and 2 mineral waters. Then only mineral water and water. But they have problems with the bathroom. When you take a shower, all the water ends up on the floor because of a bad door. It turns out that at first there is glass half a meter somewhere, then a door with a gap between it and the edge of the bathroom of 3 cm, through which water flows onto the floor and then it is completely empty. Who designed this is an idiot. Room cleaning is poor. True, we never left a tip . . The maximum that they did to us was to remove the garbage and make the bed.
Nutrition. We liked the food. You could always find something to eat. Everything is very delicious. For dinner, pots were taken outside and vegetables and meat were stewed in them. There were a lot of fish. Fruit was scarce. For lunch, only oranges, apples and something else. For dinner they took out grapes, watermelons, melons. Separately, I will say about a la carte. The Ottoman restaurant is about the same as the main one. There was one minus, the wine was paid. We were not warned about this either at the reception, where we signed up for the restaurant, or at the restaurant itself. They were unpleasantly surprised. We didn't really eat anything in the Mexican restaurant, everything is very spicy. And we really liked French.

Beach. 5 min walk, 1 min by bus. The road passes on one side past the river, on the other side some greenhouses and construction. A black cloth is stretched, apparently to hide all this disgrace, but everything is visible through it. We could put up a normal fence and plant plants. Then it would be good. The beach itself is very large, sandy. In some places there are cigarette butts, but as they say, it’s not clean where they clean, but where they don’t litter. There are garbage pots every meter, but people do not see them point-blank. The entrance to the sea is gorgeous, the sea itself is warm, transparent! I liked it very much! At the bar on the beach, they took only drinks and ice cream, I don’t know anything about food. Turkish cakes are baked next to the bar.
Animation. A day later, invited artists came, there were Mongolian acrobats, folk dances danced for the Turkish evening, and ballet on the water also came. Children's animation is the same every evening. During the day, water polo, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, various competitions around the pool, beach volleyball were held.
The territory of the hotel is small, there is almost no greenery. Huge pool, the water in which, in my opinion, is too warm. The most interesting thing is that in the indoor pool the water is cooler, although there is nothing to breathe inside.
