Rested in this hotel from 15 to 24 July this year (just arrived home yesterday). I will write briefly what I liked and what I did not.
I'll start with the bad things I didn't like:
-accommodation did not go very well (arrived at the hotel at 8 in the morning they gave the rooms, with a preliminary reminder of their person, only by 2 o'clock) read the reviews knew that we would wait a long time, but with 4 children (2.4, 5.10) who did not sleep all night (the plane was at 4.30 in the morning, which means that we should be at the airport at 1.30 and drive 2 hours to the airport), the wait was very tiring. The rooms are small, although tidy.

-cleaning in the room is disgusting, I could not be picky and I could clean it myself, but we didn’t find floor rags, there weren’t even brooms in the rooms . . and when you come from the sea, the whole room is in the sand, you know, children. The maid came, made the bed, took away the dirty towels, left the clean ones, wiped (not washed) the floor in the middle and was like that. Moreover, the size of the tip never depended on cleaning, the room was not cleaned at all a couple of times, so I had to wash the floors with towels in the evening (and what to do? It's our own fault). We lived on the ground floor in the Eros building number 1007, on the 5th day of our stay at the hotel ants came to us, again I repeat, we are not harmful, so we reacted calmly to everything, even laughed, but here's the problem - we had to call the reception 4 times for them to come and poisoned them. Already closer to dinner (it starts at 19.00), we still had to go to the reception in person and again remind us that it was the night, the ants are still in the room, and we have 2 children sleeping there. Only after that they were poisoned with us and we did not see them again.
And I have no more complaints about the hotel. It is big, beautiful, with an excellent pool, amazing slides, from which our children did not climb out. The sea is excellent, 10 meters from the shore everything is up to your knees, very good for children . . The fact that you have to go to the sea for about 5 minutes was only in favor, until we get to the hotel we dry out . . if you were too lazy on foot, we drove by electric car. The food at the hotel was very good, we probably tried everything. Chicken, lamb, meatballs, turkey, fish, sweets, lots of salads, amazing pastries. Pancakes, cereal, chocolate balls with milk every morning. The side dishes were potatoes, rice, stewed vegetables, pasta, all sorts of eggplant rolls, sea cocktails, lasagna, bolognese, fruits were apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, grapes, apricots. Juices were apple, orange, pineapple, cherry, cola, fanta, sprite for children, a lot of alcohol for adults, starting with vodka, gin, brandy, etc. ending with beer and various cocktails. I also liked the entertainment programs, we went every day, both gymnasts and dancers came.
Summing up, I’ll say that, in principle, everything was fine... and if the hotel administration had listened a little to the guests and corrected such minor, in my opinion, but still, there would have been no important price flaws. And so the guys who are going to rest there for the first time, get ready for such trifles, relax and have fun.
