Well, I came from this hotel.
Check-in - we arrived at 5 am, we were settled at 12-30. Friends checked in at 2:30 pm. We talked with a couple from Berezniki, on the first night they were taken to another hotel with an awesome room, then they were settled back.
Our room was 4214 overlooking the hookah bar.
The minibar was replenished only by calling the reception. Cleaning on a solid C grade, but almost every day.
Of the drinks, whiskey and cognac are edible. I tried red wine 1 time, I didn’t finish it. The staff is friendly and didn't find any dirty dishes. The food is tired after a week)) the restaurant is cleaned quickly. On the beach, the territory is cleaned slowly, because they do not keep up with the resting pigs.
The hotel, apparently, wants to take first place in terms of energy saving, because inside the hotel it is very dark everywhere except the rooms )))

We had no problems with sunbeds at the children's pool. Animation for kids is good. Adult animation is weak, but this is not a youth hotel. Our guide from Korela-Sanmar-Odeon Anatoly is a complete schmuck! Didn't answer any of my questions or help with the problem. As soon as we told him that we were not interested in his excursions with a 50% markup, we immediately lost interest.
