We were in Istanbul with a two day tour from Bulgaria. Overnight at Ephesus Hotel. Perhaps something has changed in two years, but during our stay there was soap and shampoo in the room (I still keep a bar of soap : ) ). I don’t remember Russian and Ukrainian programs on TV, and we didn’t need it either. But it was great that they settled us on the very top floor, above the visor: you could climb out through the window onto this very visor and take pictures of the views of the Sea of Marmara and the surrounding city. By the way, our tour group consisted not only of Russians (and there were no Ukrainians at all), but of citizens of almost all European countries. Feeding - yes, I agree, not Maxims, but edible. What is very convenient - you can walk to the historic center of the city.
