Very bad breakfasts. There is little choice, there is nothing. Bread is given dry, collected from the tables. Very dirty mugs, immediately with lipstick... They blink at you at the reception. If you apply to change your room or a bad bed, on which it is impossible to sleep, they throw your passport on the table, send it and insult you.

When they called to Ukraine, the situation changed immediately - they changed the room. They don’t clean or change the bed at all. reception, they do not want to return them and extort 50 dollars.

The hotel itself is nothing, solid 3 stars. The room is small, a small TV that catches the first program in Russian, the rest in Ukrainian and Turkish. Service is nothing, but for 3 days we not only did not change the bed, but did not even cover it. Soap, shampoo, cream, etc. are not provided. Hair dryer is uncomfortable.

The front desk staff is always smiling. Breakfasts are absolutely useless: tasteless cereal, liver, hard-boiled egg, and unripe strawberries - that's the whole simple set. There are only Russians and Ukrainians in the hotel - shuttles!

We were in Istanbul with a two day tour from Bulgaria. Overnight at Ephesus Hotel. Perhaps something has changed in two years, but during our stay there was soap and shampoo in the room (I still keep a bar of soap : ) ). I don’t remember Russian and Ukrainian programs on TV, and we didn’t need it either.

But it was great that they settled us on the very top floor, above the visor: you could climb out through the window onto this very visor and take pictures of the views of the Sea of Marmara and the surrounding city. By the way, our tour group consisted not only of Russians (and there were no Ukrainians at all), but of citizens of almost all European countries. Feeding - yes, I agree, not Maxims, but edible. What is very convenient - you can walk to the historic center of the city.
